kirkbenoit
It is true that you can't push your nose up into a small piggy face. The swelling and stiffness in the tip will subside over time, maybe then it will be possible to make a piggy face. If you want to do nose surgery then you can do nose surgery. taeyang123
lol haha i though u were a girl! but ure a guy lol. i soo agree i think having a flat bottom is soooo unattractive for girls AND guys. but i guess in korea tht wouldnt be seen as a flaw, dont kno y tho. ya kim kardashian is such a LYER. ahaha who does she think shes fooling. her butt is soo unnaturally huge, especially for her small body. i dont kno y shes soo adamant about denying it. none of her sisters seem to have her butt as well, pretty obvious. the states seems like they would be pretty experience in that area, since it is viewed as a good thing to have there. i think ive read horror stories from the net bout ppls silicone implants popping in their butt! pretty scary. but the before and after pics for tht site are pretty amazing. didnt kno someone could get tht much of an augmentation from fat alone. really impressive
jesse00
yikes! thanks for the warning jameshutch. i didn't realize how many things could go wrong with fat grafting... i guess you can't take ANY cosmetic procedure lightly. how is your nose now? is that why you're looking into getting a rhino? because it was damaged from fat grafting? i'm sorry, you sound like you went through a lot juicyme, it's pictures like the ones you posted that make me want to get fat grafting. a little more padding on the forehead and upper cheeks and maybe around the mouth as well (like the girl in the picture). it's not fun getter older~ it's like all the fat from my face is migrating to my belly btw, you're only sofa king banned for 2 months~

anne10331
xD haha maybe I worded this wrong; my bridge is not rock hard, but it feels like solid bone. Dr. Park meant 'like cement' because he means that the results are permanent and I should not need revision. Also, he means that my bridge will not deflate after a couple months. I don't feel any bumps at all; I can run my finger down my bridge and it feels like a soft curve. I'm not quite sure how fascia works or how it unravels so I can't really comment ^^""" Oh i passed by april31 clinic in the apgujeong district and their clinic was quite nice. Maybe you should email them about cartilage injection if you're interested. Honestly, I should've asked Dr. Park more questions, but since my nose was only held together by TAPE and not a cast, and there was no shifting of my bridge, I'm guessing it hardened pretty fast. Plus I was touching my bridge alot right after surgery and it felt hard XD I also slept upright in the same position for a week since post-op so maybe that prevents too much movement. anne10331
XD haha I think they're use to sky-high patients. When I was concerned about local sedation at first Dr. Park told me 'most patients feel like they're at the amusement park, so don't worry'. Previously I got my fat grafting done with my excess buccal-fat from BK
anne10331
I've never heard about needle injection before either, but that's not all closed rhino is; I also have incisions inside my nostrils. I think closed rhino just means that there are no visible scars on the outside and the columella is not cut like for open-rhino.
tonyjim
Well it seems like an easy enough operation if it really does work well. Maybe it's for minor augmentation only where only a small amount of graft in needed. So is the injection just to your bridge area between the eyes? You said it hardens up like cement: is this permanent? Would there be a chance that the injected material may shrink or re-absorb or shift its position? juicyme
How was the fat graft results?? I cant wait for mine, hehe
anne10331
Now that I think of it, since my results are not dramatic, it would be considered minimal augmentation. The reason I have incions in my nostrils is because Dr. park took out the septal cartilage to insert into my bridge. The injection is actually halfway on my bridge where my hump use to be, because after he shaved the hump, he filled it to make it more evened out. I asked Dr. Park multiple times: before, during and after surgery, very thoroughly if the results would be permanent as in it won't shrink or need revision and he said yes. He said it would last, so really that's all I can believe. Of course during the first 3 months, I have to be extremely careful not to cause any trauma to my nose, because during the healing period, it can shift. anne10331
For the first 4 months, the results are really nice; my chin and nasal areas looked very plump. However, after 4 months, about 50% of the fat absorbed and my chin deflated a little. There's still remaining fat there, so it's ok. xD Usually if you're removing fat from some area, the surgeon will give you fat grafting for free, since they'll just re-use the fat. bisousx
So could I remove some fat and get it injected into my boobs? Kill two birds with one stone?
vk82
im sure that's possible. But i would reccomend doing with a specialist who specialize in breast augmentation. From what i'ved read the most one can increase is by one cup size and through multiples session in order for the fat cells to survive. However there are risk and concerns with fat grafts cells obstructing a mammogram test and not being able to detect breast cancer cells. And sometimes the fat cell calcification can sometimes confused doctors as cancer cell as it could be mistaken for cancer . Either way you'd have to weigh your options fat grafts vs silicone >
tonyjim
So what was your nose like before? Was your bridge depressed, lacking in definition and height and not even with the rest of your bridge? How was your mid bridge area (below the eyes) leading up to the tip? I'm just wondering if I can get away with just an injection of my own tissue into the soft and low bridge area (the rest of my nose is straight and I have a naturally defined and high tip).
