anne10331
^^ haha I'll try. I'm still hoping for some change since i'm supposedly 'healing' but it looks like I got my stitches off and my nose already took full form... I'm really glad too that I didn't have foreign materials inserted in me. When I meant fat grafting doesn't last; so if fat grafting is done on boobs, they would shrink somewhat after a couple months. LOLL I actually didn't hear anything bad about BK till AFTER my mandible and I can't say from other ppl's experiences but mine was quite good. Maybe it also depends on the surgeon? I've heard Dr. Kim is a bit more cold and impersonal but I never had him so I can't confirm that.
crystalong
Hi budds, Do you think surgeons actually do it a 1 time shot surgery to alter the eyes, nose,v shape, cheek implants etc ? Cause it would be a waste if fly over to Korea just to get V shape done, den fly back SG again. Aint sure bout e operational procedures thou. juicyme
Anne, what did you do to your nose and what material?? Please let me know
bisousx
Well I'm sure there are surgeons out there who will do whatever you want, but you need to consider if getting everything done at once is what's best for you. If you go to a surgeon, he may only be good at one kind of procedure but willing to do all of them. Then you may be unsatisfied with the results of the other procedures. If you go to different surgeons for these procedures, they will not know what your face looks like under the bandages and give you a nose or V shape that's not proportional to your face. Just wanted to give you the heads up. If it were me, I would do them all separately and eat the costs of the flights. Coming home with a face you are not satisfied with is the worst feeling. chu_bee
@crystallong Although it might sound like a good idea because it will save you money and time, but from reading this forum for quite some time now.. I'd say that those two should be the very last to consider. Besides from what bisoux said, since PS is such an emotional rollercoaster it might too much for you mentally to have it done all at once. I say this from my own experience because I am almost one year post-op from my first rhinoplasty and to this day I still feel mixed emotions at times. Even these past few days because of some comments from my siblings, I almost booked a ticket back to Seoul to have a minor change done. Than I realized I was being too impulsive and shouldn't fix what isn't broken >.< So yah, although already I can be somewhat sensitive.. I think no matter what type of person you are, it can do that to you lol. Best to take your time and allow yourself to get used to the new you Also before I had my mind set on doing my eyes at the same time of my nose, but because I did not bring enough $ with me I didn't go through with it.. And now I'm sooo happy because I feel like if I did both I would have looked way too eurasian. Apparently I looked mixed even before my nj and recently I had someone ask me what I was because I looked white but than my eyes look asian.... Lol. So yah doing my nj first made me realize I don't want to do my eyes. Even though curling my eye lashes constantly annoys me, I've decided to deal with it Hope that somewhat helped! And good luck

cindyeatsworld
Hey everyone So its been a little more than 2 months since my rhinoplasty at VIP , where I got paranasal, alarplasty, and ear+septal cartilage for the tip. I've been pretty much freaking out in my previous posts because I thought my nose looked even bigger than before, pig nose, uneven... etc. but everyone promised it would get a lot better and it did!! I can see, especially in like pictures such as the before and afters in my student card drivers license etc. that its clearly more defined, tip not droopy, and not deviated anymore the only thing I'm still concerned about is that it's still extremely hard and the side view is still very high @-@, but I still have a long way to go in terms of deswelling But yah I like my nose more and more everyday now~ and I can finally look in the mirror and not be so obessed about the fact my nose looks too fat and big for my face , and now instead turn my attention to other flaws.. LOL xD SO YAH guys VIP doesnt have such a good rep for no reason. The service there was actually really really good and I experienced minimal discomfort throughout my stay and everyone was super nice. Yah its a little expensive , I paid ~$5500 for my 3 surgeries , but its worth it cause Dr.Lee is really trust worthy ^.^ hehehe anyway I'm super busy with uni so I probably won;t go on this site for a very very long time but just posting another success story with VIP i guess? haha good luck guys !! vk82
Well i would definitely recommend you break your surgery into different sessions. i wouldn't do it all at once for fear of something going wrong and complication issue like losing to much blood. And your face is really gonna be swollen with all that procedured done at once and maybe you might not even be able to breath with your nose and mouth swollen. personally i would do the nose and cheeks first and then after 3-6 months when your nose deswell then you can go back for a check up and still do the V shape and then the eyes last /
dulce_de_leche
You mean like under eyes and over eyes like brow bone area? I'm curious about fat grafts to the temple region and/or browbone. Do you know any good clinics in korea for this?
juicyme
Any place who does fat grafting in the city should be good. It really makes such a huge different when you add fat into the hollow areas... gives you 10-20 years back!
acadabra
@crystalong - babe, what others said here are right. Better do it separately at different clinics as a doctor who is good in v-shape may not be good in nose. Further, if u want to do so many procedures, u will have to stay in Korea for a long time. As i said, u r already very pretty and look like the Korean girls in the pics shown here. Don't think u need to do so many procedures and change all ur features lol.. tonyjim
Apparently she went through a lot of surgeries to get that point. I guess it's "okay" if everything works out for her.
tonyjim
I get freaked out a bit about the "innocent doll" look. I hope they don't try to project that sort of overly youthful look onto their male patients in Korea. Eurasians tend to look more vibrant yet quite mature to me. Prefer that than a doll look, which seems like a weird fad.
tonyjim
Shouldn't a nosejob and an eyejob be done at the same? I mean it's hard for a doctor to give you a nose job if they don't know what your eyes look like (if you're planning eyelid surgery down the line). Wouldn't getting an eye job without a nose job as well also complicate things?
