kitty995 Posted September 27, 2011 Posted September 27, 2011 I'm wondering if anyone has done only a tipplasty and alarplasty without getting an implant on their bridge and radix. I have a bulbous tip and a wide base, which are especially obvious when I smile and stretch my nose out. I'm still so undecided on whether I should also do an implant to my bridge since I've never really had a "problem" with it. Has anyone done tip and alar work alone and have regretted not also getting an implant for the bridge? How about anyone who has gotten an implant on the bridge, but regretted that they got it done and didn't just do the tip and alarplasty alone?
