It will depend on what kind of surgeries you would like to undergo in order to decide where to go.

hii! just did my nose surger in early May it's been about 7 months now.. but looking to go back in spring 2012 for a revision.. Went to GRand surgery clinic in Gangnam. I just wanted to remove my bump n raise nose very slightly so it's not so noticeable.. HOWEVER. it turned out i had a deviated nose ( which I did not know, prob associated with why i have a bump on my nose too) and the Dr. did not tell me, and he didn't correct my deviation and just basially put silicone on top its obvious my nose is crooked -,-......... and also my skin is pretty thin so feels like I always need to wear bb cream or something to even out my skin. I feel so self consicous I have to wear glasses all the time -.-. and because of my deviation my nostril isn't exactly the same. Prettttttttty upset about it. I think I paid 2900 or so for my nose surgery. I feel like I don't even want to go back to the same Dr. to get a revision because if he would have done it right he would have the first time. I'm not going to risk having him screw it up again 2x and not like they will give me a refund....... so I'd rather spend the money n do more research n go to a different dr. .... Surgery wise, went pretty well. did GA and slept through it all. felt absolutely NO PAIN. ( pain meds helped i guess hehe) Only experienced a lot of runny nose ( such a pain in the ***) but i'm so sad i have to go again. I have family in Korea but I feel to embarassed to go again . first time I went with my friend but this time I might not have company

Hi, I absolutely, totally understand how you felt as I did the same thing - wear glasses all the time, like I wanted to hide my nose from others. Based on my understanding, you can seek for revision after 6 months. Are you planning to look for another clinic anytime soon?

From my research, we should avoid silicone for our revision in order to avoid the obvious bridge line and to fix the issue of deviation being too noticeable. Do you share the same opinion? As a result, I have kind of narrow down my choices to doctors who can do goretex implant well. Any thoughts on this based on your research?

Yes, Migo's price is cheaper, but going with a doctor who actually specializes in rib rhinoplasty is the most important factor to me. I'm willing to pay the extra price for the Dr.'s experience and skills. I want this to be my last nose job, so I want to get it done right.

You're better off calling O & Young and asking for their email address, so you can sent them pictures. You can perhaps speak to the English speaking doctor after they receive your pictures. From what I've heard from other forumers that I've been in contact with, O & Young's prices are extremely expensive.

You know, I actually emailed IPS a few months ago, but I never received a response. I was very intrigued with their services, but I couldn't find any reviews. The downfall is that it seems that you can only choose a clinic that they work with.

got a haircut XD. you can see that there is still some swelling left. the implant looks straight if you cover up the bottom part of my nose. but the bottom part is more swollen on my right side which makes it look a bit uneven.

imo, my nostrils are a tiny bit too wide (by a few mm) but its okay, cos alarplasty is an irreversible procedure. i think the tip will be a good size once the tip deswells. my left side of my tip is smaller than my right side. but once both sides are that size, it'll look good

Oh Taiwan.. is it expensive there? I was thinking of Korea cause people told me the best surgeons are there. How much does dr kao charge for rhino?

Is just slightly a bit cheaper than Korea. Haiz don't know should I go Korea or Taiwan .. Would like to go for a rhino on late march or early April.
