izora Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 Are you referring to Verity? It was her first nose job- Dr. Lee wrapped diced cartilage with fascia. This method has a lot of absorption though.

I didn't want to show my photos before because my eyes are so visible in the pictures. However, Wai was kind enough to teach me how to cover my eyes and other features. Yes, I can be technologically challenged sometimes...LOL. So, if anyone is interested, I will show my before/after pictures. Please just send me your email address because I don't feel comfortable posting them on a public forum. Perhaps we can even swap photos.

Most of us go to dr. lee becuase he's consider a rib specialist, right? I'm interested to know if anyone had rib surgery with dr. lee at vip at least a year post-up and still like their nose.

If possible, I could send you a picture of me and the potential nose I want and perhaps you can give me some pointers. I'm just really curious about the whole picking out your nose process thing, and since you have done it before, I would like to get your opinion and advice. And also get an idea of yours and other people's ideas of picking out the type of nose. Did you like the nose you originally picked out? How did Dr. Lee tailored that to make it fit you, or what did he say to you when you brought in the photo and things like that, and how did you finally decide which to pick. I've been looking at hundreds of types of noses and I picked out one but not too definite. I don't know if you understand what I'm trying to say. haha.

I will send it to you to see if you like it... despite of all the proponents that are advocating for vip, I may be the first one that will end up going to O&young...so stay tune, guys. I will let you all know who i decide to have surgery with.

jamnyc Posted March 24, 2011 Posted March 24, 2011 It's hard to say since I am biased/unhappy with my current nose. I chose to have a closed surgery initially because I did not want to have a scar. Looking back on everything I feel like I should have opted for an open surgery.
