nicolescloset Posted April 15, 2013 Posted April 15, 2013 Just wanted to let everyone know it was not painful. there was discomfort but, no pain. I am not sure how quickly i should see results. Its been 2 days and it feels a little hard underneath. Like a little worm lol hopefully.this will go away and the line will smooth out. One side looks beret than the other. I guess im being picky and i should wait. By the way i did nasal folds. Any advice i would appreciate.
lelgin Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 It'll definitely get better, you need to give it about two weeks. Last time I did under the eyes, the nasal folds, and upper lip. I didn't look quite right for a few days. The thing is, no one noticed I looked different, but I could tell.
nicolescloset Posted April 19, 2013 Posted April 19, 2013 Kelvin, thank you. This makes me feel better. It does look better and hopefully soon it will look even better yet. No-one has noticed anything except that I look happier. I guess I looked tired before. I also notice that one side looks better than other but, I'm sure the creases beforehand we're different as well an I'm just noticing now. So far I'm loving it and cannot wait for 2 weeks to see the final result.
prancingrose Posted May 4, 2013 Posted May 4, 2013 i have fillers done on my nose, the doctor used restylane to make my nose bridge more prominent, as well as to make my nose tip slightly sharper I wanna do a permanent nose though, aka rhinoplasty, but so far i havent mustered the guts to do it!!
flastnose Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 i had restyline on my nose here in australia. it was really bad. i think im the doctor's first patient, guinea pig. horrible results. the sides look darker, among more horrible things. be careful when choosing clinics. not everyone knows how to do, especially for asians who need lift in dorsum.
omiart Posted May 7, 2013 Posted May 7, 2013 I have booked an appointment for next Friday for under eye volume and possibly a bit for my chin to make it slightly narrower. This will be my second time for the under eye. I feel a bit more confident about the doctor I chose this time *fingers crossed*
ziezie Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Anyone could tell me how much for filler for lips and where in Seoul, South Korea is the best for this??
omiart Posted May 20, 2013 Posted May 20, 2013 UPDATE: Got my fillers on Friday with a local dermatologist. My concern was that my flat mid face (common in Asians) was making me look older and causing under eye circles. The Dr. injected filler into the mid face area that is immediately adjacent to the nose (0.5 cc/ half a syringe into each side). Wow! What a difference. In less than 5 mins he made me look like a teenager again. I honestly don't have any dark circles anymore and I don't feel self concious about people seeing my under eye area when I look down or to the side. I also don't obsess about piling on concealer to hide my dark circles and constantly checking in on it every chance I get infront of a mirror. It was very expensive for a temp result but I honestly feel like it was worth it. I am a very frugal person and I don't spend $600 on ANYTHING unless I absolutely have to but this time I think in exchange for the freedom and self confidence that I got from the procedure, it was worth def it.
clammie Posted May 22, 2013 Posted May 22, 2013 had juvederm ultra in my nasolabial folds, lips and frontal cheeks. the lips and frontal cheeks look great but my doc didnt do it properly at the nasal folds, so one side smoothed out whereas the other side still had a slight crease. im ignoring it simply because the fillers will dissolve in time and I will be getting fat grafts.
