I think it's great if you want someone to do all the work for you and not have to worry about everything. I'd rather spend the extra on shopping and the actualy op. missliang Posted January 29, 2013 Share Posted January 29, 2013 Is there any other option to make the bridge higher except using silicon or ribs?im 10 days post op rhino using silicon 3mm,and now im so worried about axtrusion in the future .what will happened if i take the silicon off from my nose will it be going to like it used to be before i had the surgery,or will it be diffrent since i did alarplasty too? I know that a nose job isn't meant to give you that "perfect" nose you've always dreamt of, but I want to get as close to it as possible. When I look at PS websites, there are some that are really good but then there are others that give only a subtle change.
