I'll be having septal cartilage just to augment the tip, and if needed, the bridge. I was just browsing Dr Wang's website and saw this post on results with septal cartilage. I just like to look at photos from doctors anywhere just to get a feel of what I want done to my nose. From the website I posted at the bottom that's what I want my profile to be like. But the front Im not sure yet. Dr Somboon is a doctor at Bumrungrad Hospital in Bangkok. They didn't have information on their website about asian augmentation, so I had to email them and they referred me to Dr Somboon (http://www.bumrungrad.com/doctors/Somboon-Waiprib) And he said the price will be like the Rhino 2.1 package (http://www.bumrungrad.com/en/plastic-surgery-thailand-bangkok/rhinoplasty-nose-2-1) I feel quite good about this doctor, but like I've said, I still have to go for a consultation to get a solid judgement. onetrackmind Posted July 30, 2013 Share Posted July 30, 2013 My surgery is approaching and I'm nervous. Those who have had silicone/goretex implants for your nose, do the implants feel natural? After your nose heals, can you still push it up and sideway (the flexibility)? If the surgeon uses cartilage, it should feel natural right?
