I'm sure this is possible. i'm also doing the same - just doing a tip reduction. as ur not adding anything, if u decide to later do a rib rhino (for example) it'll be easy to do - wouldn't be considered a 'revision'

the only reason y ppl would do it together is to save money - one operation/surgery and only going under GA once...as opposed to 2 x surgeries and 2 x going under GA

Yes I used rib. I hope that it will become smaller too but Dr. Lee sasid there's an extent of size he can make it to. But before my surgery yesterday, he tol me he will make it more narrow.

Heyyy~ I am so jealous that your nose looks so natural after a month. If mine goes the way I like, I'll show you:smile:

Thank you~ The first few days are so painful T_T

Hello all,
I'm new to this forum and been following this thread for awhile. I'm considering going to Seoul to get rhinoplasty for bulbous tip in mid March 2013. Was wondering if anyone would like to come with for social support? I speak English and Mandarin fluently, just not Korean. It seems like Zoe does a pretty decent job and I'm thinking of seeing if she's available. As far as clinics go, I'm leaning toward ID or banobagi. Let me know ppl!

hey sherbear1234

i'll be in korea at the end of march and start of april, so it looks like i'll just miss you.

just my 2 cents, but checkout the thread called 'best plastic surgery clinic in korea' there's a LOT more info there. also just a word of caution - there's another thread about ID clinic on here...apparently they're not good. hey, at the end of the day it's ur face and ur decision

there's plenty of clinics out there - i've leaning towards teiums, view and jw for nose and eyes. jw apparently specialise in noses and teuims in eyes.

Hey, how is your new and improved nose? Mind sharing your experience and pics? Thanks.

They took off the cast today so I can roughly see how it looks like. It doesn't look as long but it is still swollen so it still looks big. Ugh, I hate this period of time the most ~ waiting for the nose to become less swollen. Hopefully it will be a faster recover period than my first time (which took about 4 months).

Congrats. I'm like you, I'm too patience when it comes to waiting. But, it's probably exciting waking up every morning running to the mirror checking its progress.

From what I understood, you liked your primary nose job but the tip was not as petite as you want? While there, did you notice any of the guys having nose job? I'm looking for a tip that is sharp not curvy/bulbous looking. Did you see anything like that? Thanks.

Yes, there is a good amount of guys here. But I believe most guys don't lurk or go on forums haha. My sister actually had a "non-looking VIP nose." The nose/tip was sharp/defined (which mine looked like that). As for guys having the sharp look, hmm.. not sure if I can help you but pretty much every guy I saw here this last/last time had bandages/masks on their face so I cannot tell.

And yes, I liked my nose except the tip part.
