Ya I was in contact with Artts and she said she would get back to me with her experience but never came back to update. ahappycamper went with dr.wang and he said that he would come back and update us all with his experience so i'm juss waiting on that. are you thinking of consulting with dr.wang? I hope you will get ahappycamper's review, and get the ideal nose you are looking for. I decided to get my rhino done here on the second week of April. What did Dr. Bang say to you?? How was your experience?? He had told me that he did a lot of revisional rhino in the past so he is well experienced in that field.. He had also informed me that his goal is to make sure that I am 100% satisfied with my nose. I showed him pictures of what I DONT WANT and he completely agreed with me and informed me that the reason certain nose jobs came out like that was due to (and listed all the reasons, e.x. L shaped silicone). Why was your experience bad????? I am also very picky with surgeons in LA because I had my upper eyelids done by Dr. Ken Kim and it came out horrible..... the fold pretty much disappeared and when I told Dr. Bang that, he told me that his goal is to make sure it doesnt happen with the rhinoplasty. I was told that this type of material does not develop calcification and capsular contracture with time and that is what is being use now instead of the old silicon type. Thanks! cheon Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 I guess I do, but business has been a little more busier that what I've expected so I just usually log in whenever it's not too busy. I'd be scared too because won't that be an intensive surgery? Especially the jaw. I read an old readers digest mag just the other day that talked about severe reactions and how the jaw can swell. One risk said that any surgery involving the areas near the throat could potentially block up your airway. But I think that those are "rare" cases, but they still do happen. cheon Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 do anyone know how to verify if a doctor is a specialist in performing rib/septal rhinoplasty over ear cartilage? I noticed that when I ask this, most would immediately say that they are capable but don't further discuss their credentials. I don't know if this is a big deal in Korea since more than half of clinics aren't certified or if they are just trying to cover up their inadequacies.
