searchguy Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 Please be patient. When I first had my septal cartilage put in my nose at OZ clinic it was very upturned for the first 3 weeks. It was scary and I didn't like but it wasn't until about a month later that it started to come down. Now it's perfect. Don't panic. Give it time, it might take 2 or 3 months before your swelling allows the nose to relax into the right position. Be patient. It will improve, and then you can decide whether you like it or not.
