I've had smile lift done by dr Kwon on 31/12/13.

I need this! I tried getting something like it done with Botox. It looked beautiful, but it freezes your lips all the way around so you can't use them correctly. I couldn't cover my teeth with my top lip so I became a dangerous kisser. I couldn't put my lips together to drink out of a water bottle, or suck through a straw (let your dirty mind imagine how my boyfriend was disappointed by this too), and when I tried to spit out my toothpaste the first time I just drooled it all over myself. Dysfunctional mouth. Very bad. But with that surgery it seems like it would only affect the corners, not the whole mouth. Brilliant!

I have a crooked smile and don't know exactly which surgery can fix my smile. Just wonder the smile lift can fix it?

Hi Motherhen, can you tell your experience with Dr Kwon and his Clinique. I did some research and really like him as doctor but worry that he made a lot of post in English, it sounds he's after foreigners. I am considering facelift he seems very experienced in. Thank you.

Hi Mimi60, My uncle who is in his 60 had a consult with Dr Kwon. My uncle only wants to do lower blep for eyebag removal and skin removal, but he strongly advises against skin removal to avoid eyelid retrusion. He shows pictures of a patient had that done at other clinic with revision surgery at his clinic. He recommends to uncle the facelift and quote $7k. Did you get a price from him?

I wrote an email to 3 clinics and is awaiting reply. I have droopy or double chin, thinking of fat graft and possible facelift but a bit worry about this invasive procedure. I am 53 but relatively good skin only a bit laxity. AONE strongly suggest invasive operation so I want to see more doctors for advice to see if I can get away from it. But I am tempted to tell the truth. Would like to know if someone has experience with them. I was annoyed when I post this question people say I am doing publicity, how ridiculous. Thanks for replying to me with good intension. Look forward to more advise.

Hi everyone,

i'm 80% happy with my smile lipt. The only thing that bothers me a bit are the scar on each mouth corner. They're only about 5mm in length but quite visible and make up don't really covers. I'm hoping they will fade with time. At first you cannot open your mouth wide so liquid diet for about 3 days. After 6-8 weeks you can open your mouth normally. Before surgery I always looked upset/unfriendly ( even got told by strangers), but now I look a lot better. Also, the first few weeks your mouth may look like the Joker in Batman so don't be alarmed.
This procedure alone cost $2000 but I got a facelift package and it was included. It is quite a minor thing to do for something that used to bothers me alot. I tried fillers but it didn't work.
