lilmsskoreana Posted December 8, 2012 Share Posted December 8, 2012 Today is Postop Day #5 for my non-incisional double eyelid surgery with epi at Teium. I went in for my follow up check up today and got my stitches removed. I am loving the results so far. I did not have that much swelling to begin with and it seems to have gone down a lot if not completely. I still have some small yellowish bruising around the incision area, but they're not that bad and a little makeup will cover it up. The nurses/ staff at Teium are incredibly nice. I can now wash my eyes and start wearing makeup in 1 week. My experience at Teium was wonderful. Dr. Kwon is an expert with eyes in my opinion. I have also short listed Teuim since Dr Kwon is a specialist in eyes PS, but my first appointment will be with Dr Choi from JW. cherryzz Posted December 9, 2012 Share Posted December 9, 2012 can somebody translate this please?? thank youuu! 특히 지방을 주시기로 Injection 하면 눈을 감았을때 Hump가 나타나서 쌍꺼풀 선을 절개하고 지방을 깍아서 눈꺼풀 피부를 편편하게 만드는 것은 아주 어려운 수술이고 잘못되면 Depression이 나타나 Triple fold가 자주 나타나게 되는데 귀하의 경우도 이런 어려움이 따르게 되어 위로해줄 말이 없습니다. 귀하가 질문하신 지방 덩어리 이식에 대한 답변을 드리겠습니다. 먼저 쌍꺼풀 수술선을 따라서 절개를 하고 원래 지방이 있었던 상안와까지 Undermime 하여 지방이 들어갈 자리를 확인한뒤 필요한 양의 지방을 떼어와서 한개의 덩어리로 이식을 하여 눈동자 움직임에 따라서 지방이 이리저리 움직이지 않게 위쪽에서 흡수되는 실로서 고정을 합니다. 이식된 지방은 일차 주위 조직 혈장(Plsma)으로 부터 영양 공급을 받으면서 4-6일간 살아가게 되고 그 이후부터12-14일까지는 는 주위조직의(Recipient Bed )모세혈관들의 Infiltration 과 Ingrowing 이 되어서 이식된 지방이 살아가는 방법입니다. 이렇게 되어 동맥과 정맥이 형성되고 나면 조직이 단단하게 되고 이식된후 6개월에서 1년 정도 지나면 부드러워지고 많이 자연스럽게 됩니다. 물론 이식된 이 지방도 시간이 지나면서 부분적으로 자연적 흡수(Absorption) 일어나면서 부드러워 지지만 눈꺼풀으 피부표변은 아주 편편하고 자연스러워 보입니다. 지방 주사나 레스틸렌 주사법이 나오기 전에는 거의 대부분 이런 방법으로 수술하였으며 수술한 Case는 많지 않았지만 거의 전부 성공적으로 되었습니다. 이 수술을 받게 되면 한국에 최소한 3주 정도는 Stay 해야되고 비용은 대략 700만원 들 것으로 생각이 되지만 귀하의 경우 세월이 흘러갈수록 윗눈은 점점 더 꺼질 것으로 예측이 되므로 영구적으로느 이방법이 좋을 것으로 생각이 됩니다. 2. 레스틸렌(상품명 종류는 주사후 낮은 부위가 바로 올라오고 지속기간이 6개월 정도이며 1cc당 70만원 정도이고 많이 꺼진 경우에는 3-4cc 정도 들어 갈 것으로 생각이 됩니다. He is extremely busy these days and operates late into the night. He does try to make special arrangements for patients who come from overseas even though his schedule is booked.
