ritchallthetime
Good to hear from you! Your accounts are very detailed. I really want to go with Dream but the fact thats its so expensive. Its probably the most consistent thing i read about them. Also, you've got my curiosity going, which celeb did you see there?
chris-alexander
Thank you sesamekiss for this super detailed review, yeah I was also considering dream but owing to the language barrier and prices, I thought it was not a good option.... might have to reconsider them then I am surprised for Teuim as I thought they were considered the best for eye surgery... I have a question if you don't mind: after visiting all these clinics, do you really think that price negotiation is implicitely possible in most PS clinics, would it be regarded as an "insult" or natural ? ( I 'd better know what is possible beforehand) and what discount can we expect? as I come to think that clinics give higher prices to offer so called discounts afterwards.... bleecker-st
Hey guys im heading to korea early next year for a rhinoplasty (Feb/Mar). Which one of these clinics do you guys reckon is the best for that? 1. JW 2. Cinderella 3. Regen 4. Real cosmetic (I can't get in touch with them, but i hear they are amazing) 5. Migo OR any other clinics you guys recommend? I also want to get laser to reduce my pore size/black heads and to get clearer skin in general...I hear it feels like death, anybody want to share there laser experiences? Also it might sound like a dumb question, but if i got a nose job...would my eyes move further in closer to each other???!!!! I hope this is NOT the case when i heighten and defined my nose bridge. Finally, lets talk nasal implants...would silicone be the best choice for a male rhinoplasty? I want my nose to look way more defined and sharper but of course natural at the same time (I have a typical asian nose and it looks quite soft). Is GoreTex good for that? Finding the right clinic/surgeon is so tiring (especially to us foreigners (i'm a 23yo male from Australia)) If anyone can help with my questions it would make my day! lemoniscate
Hey bleeker.st I'm a guy too. In terms of materials I'm considering rib cos theres less chance of complications later on if done by a specialist and the change is very dramatic. I just want to do it once and not have to worry about it lol.
szinuja
Ok, some information about high frequency muscle reduction which I found I would like to share:1) Size of reduction depends on the amount of fat accumulated. if you want further reduction, a surgery on bone may be required. And 2 cms can usually be done with high frequency slimming.2)There are several complications of radiofrequency coagulation reported such as mucoserous fluid collections, late bleeding, infections, long-lasting pain, Stensen duct injury, facial nerve injuries, and limitation of temporomandibular joint movement. A well-designed operation plan and skilled technique are required to avoid these complications. 3)When doctors operate and take out masseter muscles, they don't remove all of them...some of them still remain. When you overuse the muscles, they grow back again and become big again. taeyang123
hey thanks so much for putting in the effort to write such a detailed review of all the clinics you visited we all appreciate it! i'm not surprised jw and migo got good reviews since many ppl had only good things to say about them. do you know if jw provides rib as an option for tiplasty? i remember reading on their site that rib was also an option for rhinoplasty so juss checking to see if they still provide it. i would love to know the celeb that you saw! i constantly watch k-dramas so that would be soo cool to kno which celeb you saw lol. can't wait to hear about and see your results if your up for sharing cuz we have quite similar noses. have a good recovery. meliwaa
hi guys! i've been away from this forum forever, but i wanted to confirm the date before i posted anything. it looks like i'll be flying out on the 12th so i'll be in korea on june 13. planning tipplasty and alar reduction for sure, but will 10 days be enough for that and possibly zygoma reduction? or should i just take a full two weeks? right now i am planning on consulting view, chungdam U, and teium. ritchallthetime
If you're planning on zygoma reduction i would take the full 2 weeks, but even that may not be enough for the swelling to go down.
elletran
Hi Marir, I've read many reviews that mentioned how helpful you are. By any chance do you have a list of info about the best rhinoplasty surgeon in Seoul, Korea that you can please share with me? I've always wanted to get a rhinoplasty and your well documented research will be extremely appreciate. I just recently joined so I don't have any PM privileges yet, if you can please email me at [email protected] with the info. Thank you!
lexethan
It's hard to tell. People heal at different rate. I'll be there for 13 days but my surgery will be the following day so technically, I'll have 12 days to heal before I face the people on the plane. I assume you're a girl, you can wear make up to cover somewhat.
snowcup
Hi, I'm new and am planning to go to Seoul in April for revisionary eyelid surgery. I would like to book consults with Dr. Kang from IOU, Dr. Cho from BIO, Dr. Lee from Eye Magic and Dr. Kwon from Teium. Does anyone have any experience with Dr. Lee from Eye Magic? Please share anything you might know. I have an issue with retraction on one eye, which may be difficult to correct. Does anyone have experience in correcting this issue with a surgeon in Seoul? I would welcome your advice. Thanks in advance. I have posted this question in the revisionary eyelid surgery thread, but I see that people are also posting their experiences with eyelid surgery on this thread as well. bleecker-st
yeah i agree. I want the right implant that would look good and natural the most and at the same time be safe and stable in the long term till the day I die so i don't EVER get a revision. Are you getting yours done in Korea as well? I don't know which clinic to go to. argh!
