Naturalness is defined individually. ^^ Currently, you´re "only" (sorry for the inappropriate use of "only") planning to get facial contouring right? In this case I think it won´t be a problem to achieve a natural look, just take your time for research. If you any more questions, please don´t hesitate to ask. I found out about AT and the naver forums because my mum was worried for me and did her own research lol. Also, I can't judge a clinic by the website/not even consulting... sorry! I had two-jaw surgery!! I'm at around 5 months post-op. More than satisfied!! I was scheduled for genioplasty too, but at the consult right before surgery, Dr. Kang said maybe I don't need it. I'm new I'll be going to Korea this upcoming May and I have a consultation with Pitangui and Chungdam U on May 2nd, I'll be staying in Korea for quite a long time (months and months) The reason I chose Pitangui was because I heard they are good at eyes and/or nose (can't recall at this time), are one of the oldest (if not, the oldest) plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam and have worked on various celebrities. The before and after pictures on their website look stunning, they have very good reviews (I have not seen one bad review) and when I inquired to them about price, they seemed to give me a very honest 'im-not-going-to-jip-you-just-because-youre-flying-in-from-abroad' kind of price. I got a more reasonal, detailed and personal response than Grand, B.K, Banobagi, Teuim, Migo, View, JW, Apgujeong Seoul P.S, Wonjin, VIP, Item, TL & Regen (Yes, I contacted ALL these clinics & more) and crossed them off my list because ALL of them: - gave me back a very vague reply as if they didn`t understand what I wanted or were some kind of answering machine - price is double than that of Pitangui or Chundam U - unpersonalized/rushed reply - bad reviews/horror stories/suing incidents And the reason I chose Chungdam U (the clinic I'm leaning more towards than Pitangui) is because they have numerous before and after photos on celebrities, ulzzangs and real people. My relatives in Korea have recommended me this clinic and when I mentioned Pitangui, they never even heard about it. Also they are the P.S clinic for SBS & MBC (top TV networks in Korea), good reviews (same with Pitangui, yet to see a bad review!!), excellent price despite their fame, promptly reply to my e-mails and messages on their online board (seem to be REALLLY sluggish on Kakao for some reason though) Here are the procedures I want and the estimated price from both these clinics: Eyes (Pitangui: 1,400 ~ 1,900 USD Chungdam U: 1,500 USD) Nose Osteotomy (Pitangui: 3,800 ~ 4,300 USD Chungdam U: 3,500 USD) Fat graft into undereye circles (Pitangui: 920 ~ 1,200 USD Chungdam U: 1,000 USD) Laser treatment for skin (Pitangui: (gave me price for a diff laser treatment than what I enquired about) Chungdam U: 1,200 USD) Paranasal augmentation (Pitangui: 1,800 ~ 2,300 USD Chungdam U: 1,500 USD) Bulbous nose reduction (Pitangui: ????? USD Chungdam U: Price included w/ the Nose Osteotomy) I also have a few questions for people who have already gotten things done in Korea: - Did the head DR. work on you? Did you have to request him to work on you? - (I personally willl be paying in cash so,) Did you bargain the price ando if so, how much? (If you managed to bargain a few thousands, did the head doctor operate on you? Or the trainee/assistant doctor? Any tips to persuade them?) - What did you eat during the first few weeks? - Did you get multiple operations all in one day? (as much as I'm planning?) Would you recommend this? - Did cold compress (ice) drastically help the swelling? - What are some good questions to ask the surgeon before I make a final choice? (What info should I know about) - Do they absolutely have to do your eyes while you're awake/semi concious? I need some help deciding which hospital is good for rhinoplasty As of now, Grand clicks the most due to their usage of septal cartilage during the procedure. I looked up on google and found out that septal is better than ear. Also, Grand's price is cheaper compare to other hospitals like banobagi,regen,id Does anybody here use septal cartilage?
