snowcup Posted April 26, 2013 Share Posted April 26, 2013 I took Sinnech, vitamin c, and bromelain (with quercetin) before and after as well as medication and shots at my clinic. While my swelling was moderate, my bruising was significant (with revisionary eyelid surgery). My eyes literally looked like a panda the first day post-op; lightened up to a purple-pink shade the next day but remained concentrated for a while. And it's slowly dissipating. I wrote about my surgery at IOU and the clinics I visited (all eye surgery specialists) in several posts recently on another topic-focused thread. Anyways, I really need some expertise on one question, I am going to get a alar base reduction and nasal hump shaving in may, I was just wondering are there difficult procedures to do? I chose a doctor (Dr. Yoo Jae sung of Pitangui) who has 20+ years of being a generalist, but I don't think he's a specialist in anything, he has really good price and from what I got so far, above average reviews. I'm a student, so price is a big factor, I just wonder if those two procedures necessarily REQUIRE a specialist or are they fairly common surgeries? Thanks.
