milkyway52
Hey michelleee! I know VIP does eyes, but they seem to be more popular with nose surgeries. I've heard people talked about having their eyes done before while they were there for their noses. They seem to liked it. But I'm sure there are lots of places in Korea that are good with eyelid surgery considering it's such a popular procedure. Contact all the clinics you're interested in and try to drill them with questions to find out which one you think works best for you.
glamgal
Hey plastic_korea, im planning revision as my radix's too high.. thought of gettin a lower bridge and enhancing(extending) the tip further, and also removing the columellar strut. glamgal
Has anyone removed their columellar strut before? Would this change the shape of my nose, or resulting in a retruded columellar, and nose tip droop/collapse?? Thought of removing as it felt stiff.. and weird Thank u people..!! pineapplegirl2
I tried emailing them before I went over to Korea, too, and also didn't receive any response. I think it's because they only speak Korean.

Guest
Gonna be doing rhinoplasty - my first surgery ever lol. Kind of starting to get super hyped (and freaked out)! My flight is tomorrow morning at some ungodly hour but I can't seem to fall asleep! I'm sorry to hear about your first double eyelid surgery, I can only imagine how terrible it would be afterwards to realise it wasn't what you wanted D: not only because we've dished out thousands of dollars and made the time to travel etc but also since we've pinned so much on it emotionally, y'know, hoping to see a better/prettier/handsomer version of ourselves. I do hope your revision will be successful!
Guest
Thank you for that! I've decided to wear a trench coat of sorts to cover my bases - I'm assuming it'll be cooler towards the end of Sept/early Oct. It occurred to me just now that it snows in Korea during winter.. so I guess autumn over there might be a bit cooler than what autumn is in countries like Australia that don't snow. Hope those going later on in the year are prepared to snoodle up
daytona289
My sis did facelift, fat graft, eyebag, ptosis with VIP in Apr. Personally i don't find them good in eyes. I'm going for eyelid revision and VIP is definitely not my choice.

plastic_korea
hi there, question on your sister. Did the fat grafting really stay? I talked to like 3 other girls and they said all of the fat are gone and its been like 6-9 months. They all told me not to get it. How did your sister turn out? reinrain
nthing important i find, since you are doing rhino... its just telling you the process of consultation.... 1.fill up form and the lady will basically inform u the process of the consultaion, assist in check-in and escorting you around the clinic. 2.meet with consultant to discuss what u want to do and then assign u to the doc 3.doc consultation. the eye doc says it takes 1 week to recover and wat intrigue me was that the nose doc, will do a nose mould for you and base on the nose mould to design a perfect and natural nose for you natural implants for the nose includes ear and septal cartilage, rib and dermal fat. doc says dermal fat is even safer and more natural. then moved on to breast agumentation. there is silicon and using own fat. dr says as compared to rhino, for breast agumentation it is better to use silicon as the silicon effect is permenent, there's no need to replace and the liquid inside will not leak out. using own fat does not maximise the results in increasing the size and could result in hardening of fat cells and could have complications which could trigger breast cancer. he says asian prefers natural size so they use the silicon that is thin on the upper area and thick on the lower area, shaped like a waterdrop. there is also a big difference in the material of the silicon now as compared to the past. past: easy to break and liquid will leak out, if not address promptly, could be harmful to body. now: it doesnt leak out easily even if the surface breaks. the liquid that is leak out will retract back into the cover as the pressure differs and the shape remains the same they then address the rumour that woman who undergo B.A cannot sit the plane citing an eg. of a russian lady whose silicon expanded in size and the doc say that will not happen. after surgery, patient exercise care during the week of surgery but after a period of rest there is no problems with taking plane and even scuba diving as the pressure will not damage the silicon then moved on to anti aging. saying ladies in korea take care of their skin. those in the 40s start to enquire about anti aging and facelifts. facelifts surgery takes about 3 hrs and bandage is removed after the 3rd day. incisions heal after a week and becoz the incision are at the back of the ear its nt obvious. then moved on to facial contour where the doc asses the host features telling them what can be done to them to make it even more beautiful. dr refuse to tell which celebs he has done. this is basically the rough translation. pls pardon any grammer n spelling errors...
