seialeir Posted October 24, 2013 Share Posted October 24, 2013 Hi, I've been researching the topic of rhinoplasty for a while as I've always wanted to have a smaller and more refined nose but never worked up the courage to really change it. Realising that I'm now 30 and it's now or never, I've come to the decision to take the plunge together with my mother who is looking to do another procedure for blepharoplasty in Korea since Singapore isn't exactly reputable for its plastic surgeons and their skills. The fatally botched liposuction incident comes to mind to reaffirm this. I've attempted to sift through the mountains of information so kindly and helpfully provided on these forums but despite hours poured in, I doubt I have scraped past the tip of the iceberg. There are so many people knowledgeable here, and it is my wish to communicate more with those willing to share more information on the topic. I have checked a good number of blogs as well and as it stands, based on what I read in Purse forums, blogs, and videos, my list keeps getting revised since everytime I thought I'd found what is reputedly the safest and best, I see an account or testimonial that debunks that belief. Dr Jung from Shimmian was a top choice, but no longer. I read Bong QiuQiu's blog post and considered Regen but they don't seem to have as many reviews, or maybe I'm just not looking in the right place. So if anyone would kindly point me in the right direction, greatly appreciated. Right now, I'm leaning toward Dr Suh at JW, any one who would advice against this? I read in an article about the new craze of two jaw surgery in korea that one girl killed herself because her doctor accidentally cut a nerve responsible for tearing, so she couldnt stop crying:[ and another story were a girl was permanently numb in her jaw:[ Also I heard about the story of this man from this forum named "Iaan" talking about his scary two-jaw experience from ID hopsital. im glad he shared that cause i was sooo close to going there. I hv contacted few members who went to EverM, one of them did 2 jaws, he is happy with his result. So far, none of the members complained abt their result in EverM. Only feedback is Dr Yoon fr EverM is conservative. So if u want dramatic result pls highlight to ur doctor. I rather play safe to hv subtle result than putting my life at stack w PS clinic such as I D * O S P * T * L Nobody went to White Clinic yet so no review yet. Maybe there were a few who went to White Clinic but didn't post review? I don't know but so far i haven't read about any review on white Clinic yet in few main forums. I found this clinic while watching PS procedure in YouTube n found the clinic. I like what I saw... Both are dental clinics, only do cheek bone n jaw procedure, of course w teeth n gum procedure too (but I won't need it yet). The doctors in both clinics are all specialists w jaws. They hv the advance equipment like CT Scan, etc. so u will be in good hand for ur 2 jaws procedure, babe. If u need eyes or nose procedure u will need to go to another PS clinic after 2-6 mth. EverM.net Whiteclinic.net Sorry both websites in Korea (u click on all the tags then u can find the B&A photos - this is my dummies' skill navigating KR website ) Thank God that u really do your own research before u leave for KR instead of base on recommendation I've postponed my trip to 2014. If possible, we can become travel buddy bcoz I'm also going to either EverM or White Clinic. Last year I did go to Korea on my own for primary double eyelid surgery. It was so bored and lonely also. That why next year I would love to have some company. Or anyone in this forum has been "mistaken" as weightloss hence a sharper jaw/face? madea25 Posted October 25, 2013 Share Posted October 25, 2013 Hey PSP, That forum about "ID victims" is soooooooo scary that it puts me in a crummy mood after reading what people said in it:[ White clinic looks good too, but I wish we could find some info about it...my friend is Korean and she said that she will check Korean forums (cafes) and ask the locals their thoughts on whiteclinic and everm clinic. She will also check Korean review websites as well. I'll keep you posted on that for sure:] I want to get v-line and two-jaw surgery, so we both can expererience the same dreadful bone cutting pain together LOL!!!! I am very very serious about going either between early june or july...still need to figure that out due to my schedule. I can only be in korea for 5 weeks. Maybe we can go together!! My two Korean friends are coming with me possibly:] I need them there cause I need a translator just in case the translator they have at everm is not really that good. So far I really like what I am hearing about to Everm...so it could be the one, but like always, more research the better.
