hjh
Hello, I think it's a bit too early to tell if my surgery went well since it's still swollen and bruised. But, I'm happy that I got it done and over with. I was a bit nervous (my legs were shaking when I got into the operation room haha), but it wasn't that bad. I'll eventually post pictures or update my progress on here in about a month so please check back then for updates I think I'll have a clearer picture of how my surgery went when a bit more time passes. As for getting put to sleep, yes, I was put under sedation for about 5 minutes or so? I think most clinics in Korea do this for DES right now since it lessens the pain of the local anesthesia. And I actually prefer it since local anesthesia did hurt! Good luck with your PS journey! If you have any questions, feel free to PM me

jentala
http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/46/photozwp.jpg/ Hello everyone, i had my revision nose job last april at Shinmian by Dr.Jung. I had a botched job from a north american dr, that left me with a pinched nose and breathing problems. Dr.jung used cartilage from my ears and used synthetic tissue to build up my nose and he also performed osteotomy. I paid $6000.00, would highly rec him, he saved my nose! 1st-timer
Hi Mwol, thks for posting this info. It really caught my attention. Teium and Dr Kwon is my no 1 choice in my list! Because I have quite a complex eyelids to be fixed. . I heard he is very good with ptosis correction, UB, and othr eyelids job. Do u by any chance know if Dr Kwon will still be operating or other surgeon will do eyes there instead? Thanks heaps.
mwol
yes i was contemplating eye surgery but i wanted to get over my more invasive surgeries like vline and rhinoplasty. i heard that after these 2 surgeries your eyes seem bigger and more prominent so i want to wait, however still researching and checking up on eye surgery updates yes dr kwon is very good! he has a good rep among foreigners and locals. i haven't heard a bad review from him (maybe there is but i haven't found it yet). maybe keep your options open? i heard dr kwon is very ill (i think it is quite serious) and he is away/resting. i haven't heard any forum members visit his place recently to see if the clinic is still performing surgeries. it won't hurt to email and ask though, they respond pretty fast from my recollection. what do you want to do to your eyes? would you like natural or dolly eyes? do you have what surgeries you have in mind? (personally i need fat removal and ptosis) this was posted on this forum previously by shinyglittery who got the info from someone else:Natural Teuim (surgeon has health problems, they might close down and are not open atm) Regen Chungdam U Migo (this clinic also has some bad/shady reviews, watch out...) JKDolly View (they are capable of natural if you ask) Cinderella Dream Jewelry (blacklisted in chinese forum)
andifleur5
That's very unfortunate about the Dr at Teuim. I hope he recovers and back to help people looking to fix their eyes
1st-timer
Hi Mwol, Thank you very much for your infos. Im in my mid thirties, so it is more of aging problem, due to aged and weight loss too. I have been bothered by hollow and bony face (need a Full Face fat grafting with High Survival rate, preferably with PRP combo). Worst are sagging jawline (considering V-lift for this) and Sagging eyelids, i have to raise my eyebrow to open my eyes! (i think i need Ptosis correction, incisional U.B, and fat graft on upper eyelids) and size of my left eyes are significantly smaller than the right one, my left eyes has multiple eyelids whereas my left eye has a normal double lid (as for this, I have no idea what kind of procedure should be done) . Mwol, have u ever heard of Dr Hwang from Hyundai PS? I'm impressed by their clients stories in their website. Im thinking of going for full face fat graft and v lift with him, what do u think? Thanks. I like regen too, they have quite a lot of good reviews. But there is no email add in their website. I tried to call but couldnt get through. . mwol
regen's email is: [email protected] yes i have heard a lot of good reviews about regen. i think they do skype consultation as well if you ask and they can recommend you surgeries and you can ask them more questions. i have heard of dr hwang from hyundai ps, one of the pf members went there and was very happy with the results. i've seen some korean cafes with positive results from hyundai but i'm not sure if it was dr hwang. i think as an average 40-60% of fat will be absorbed, so you need another one in 6months - 1 year for permanent results. obviously you will lose fat in your face due to ageing but i still think that's good. one clinic that seems to be popular in the korean cafe for fat grafting is samsung line, seeing their photos makes me want to get face graft too even though i am only a uni student haha. here is their website: http://www.ssbeauty.kr/ and here are some of their b&a pics (you can see some of them did fat graft):http://postimg.org/image/44t9pr869/http://postimg.org/image/tz32fj869/http://postimg.org/image/dzkevzc4h/http://postimg.org/image/iciyeekv5/http://postimg.org/image/oeql4w9b5/http://postimg.org/image/z2uc3qja9/http://postimg.org/image/thcidf7z5/http://postimg.org/image/nhor9rn6p/http://postimg.org/image/kxt4fnzmp/http://postimg.org/image/nhor9rn6p/ i am not sure if you have read her blog but she went to regen for fat graft and rhinoplasty, it looks nice and natural:http://bongqiuqiu.blogspot.sg/2013/04/seoul-far-so-good-nose-job-fat-grafting.html#.UoUBT2R8002http://bongqiuqiu.blogspot.sg/2013/04/day-to-day-recovery-nose-job-fat.html#.UYIq7Ttp818http://bongqiuqiu.blogspot.sg/2013/05/great-fantastic-results-nose-job-fat.html#.UYIq8jtp818 hopefully this is helpful
t0a5t
Has anyone tried THE LINE PLASTIC SURGERY CLINIC?http://thelineclinic.com/wp/?page_id=115 their before and after for rhinoplasty looks very promising. and i got a quote from them, the barbie nose procedure is under 4grand US and their eyelid procedure is around 2grand US. Is this pricing too cheap to be a good clinic? because ive spoken to VIIP and their rhino procedure is around 15grand so.. 4grand or 15grand.. im leaning towards THE LINE, because the real storys look very good
mwol
i have heard of the line clinic but i was thinking of tlps (the line plastic surgery), haha. there's a lot of clinics with the word 'line' in it. they are very good also and popular among locals. it's a little on the expensive side and they are very good at making extremely dramatic results that look very natural. i am not too sure about THE LINE. 4000 isn't cheap for a rhinoplasty, that's actually in the average range or 'local pricing'. this is their english site: http://tlplasticsurgery.com/ it is more of a blog but i really enjoy reading it especially the b&a/stories because they go into detail about their surgery journey and show a lot of pictures before, during and after > http://tlplasticsurgery.com/?cat=5 vip has nice noses but they are so overprice. you can find other clinics who can deliver results that won't make your wallet sad (haha). if you are willing to hash out 15,000 for rhinoplasty you might as well go to japan haha. if you are still keen on vip though, the thread 'asian nose job 2' revolves a lot around vip. i hope you find some useful info there~ @1st timer, i really like tlps fat grafts, really nice! andifleur5
Ummm even in the US we don't even pay nearly as much for nose job...that's outrageous. My quote for it for Beverly Hills at Enhance PS is $5,900... So far, I got quite from TL and Item. I'm still figuring out View consultation page in Korean, so will send in request as well.
