If you are very sure on which surgeon and there is no refund once you have telegraphic funds to the clinic account then you can do it . However some clinic don't give discount on cash payment so you might as well ask first . About the bank fees please ask the bank .

I got a chin implant and double eyelid surgery at Real cosmetics. And my brother got his eyes done. I'm surprised when I went on this forum and soompi that no one mentioned about them. They are really popular with Koreans but I guess not with foreigners. I ended up going there because my mom got her plastic surgery done like 20 years ago over there.

Anyway, I got mine done last week and holy crap... If you guys don't like pain do NOT get a chin implant lol. I'm not good with too much pain and I regretted doing the procedure when I woke up from the anesthesia. My throat hurt so much. But right now, I'm not in pain which is good lol. I was going to get my nose done also but I'm glad I didn't because I dunno how I would have been able to breathe. You guys should def think about how hard it will be to breathe if you get your chin/jaw and nose done at the same time.

My surgeon was nice to me. He had a hard time with my brother though. I guess my brother moved too much during the surgery (he's 189cm and like around 250lbs). And i guess they didn't give him enough sedation shots but at the end they knocked him out.
My surgery went well and most of the nurses are super nice. There was just one girl I didn't like. She was very not caring. I do speak korean and my mom is better so I'm not sure if they speak english at all. I never talked to them in English.

OH i have a question! For those who got a chin implant how long did it take for the swelling to go away? I go back to school on the 6th and I don't want to go back with a swollen bottom face.. It would be so obvious I got something done.. I have like 13 days before I start my quarter..

I took the surgery on Zygoma, Chin and Mandible, 3 parts of my face 3 months ago. The total shape has been changed. I can say that I am very very happy with my new shape although the swelling is not be reduced. Dr. Han told me that I have to wait for 6 months for the swelling reduction.

When I was talking with the accountant for the price issue of the surgery, she agreed that the price is not cheap, Dr. Han graduates from the best Dentist and bone surgery medical school ( located in Germany) in the world. I did not bloody even after the operation and my face is getting more and more pretty, now I feel he is worthy.

I do remember one of my friend, she was operated by another Korean doctor ( he is also very famous in Korean) 5 years ago for her zygoma REDUCTION , she could not go out because of her big swelling, and she had to stay at home for 2 months, because her face was very urgly after the operation. Further more, her Zygoma are not Symmetrical, the doctor told her the result when checking for her, I guess because of the different operation method. The doctor cut my friend's skin at 1cm up to her hairline ( this is the different part what Dr. Han did on my face).

I was very considering for my operation when seeing what happened on my friend( the swelling, the bloody.....) before I met Dr. Han. When Dr. Han told me that the swelling is going to be reduced after 4days and 80%--90% swelling will goes done after 7--10 days, I decided to take the surgery. Things happened as what he told me, my month was very very clean at 10:00PM ( several hours after the operation , when regaining consciousness, and my swelling is going to reduced after 4 days. I could go to work after 10 days of the operation. ( My colleagues feels that my face was a little bit swelling and they thought I was allergy to some specific foods)

Now 3 months passed ( I took the surgery at Sep) and I am really happy to see the changes now.

All what I said is just to share my experience with the people who want to take the bone surgery on face.

For the nose surgery, I'd like to recommend Dr. Jung ( pls go to this web,http://www.koreancosmeticsurgery.com/02/03.php
the second photo is for Dr. Jung
) he operated my nose on July, 5 months ago, my nose is quite pretty and nature, it is an re-operation, because I took the nose surgery 7 years ago.

It's been a year and a half since I've gotten surgery in Korea. I went to Designer PS after researching clinics (not big clinics catering to foreigners) that did eyelid surgery well. I didn't know I'd be doing rhinoplasty as well. I was pretty nervous (everything felt surreal) and I couldn't voice what I wanted, and just let the doctors (two doctors work there, one for eyes, one for nose) draw on my face and do whatever they thought would look natural and nice. I kind of wish I voiced my desires more because now I'm not very happy with my results. The outcome was very well done, and I respect the doctors, nurses, and the VERY nice consultant for such a nice experience. I will always keep the consultant lady in my heart. She was so kind and gentle and held my hand through most of everything. She even brought me juice and french fries after my surgery, but I had to rush to get on a train to a different part of the country and couldn't eat any  !! Argh, I just want to cry thinking about how kind a person could be like she was. She was beautiful inside and out. OK I'm done being all sentimental  !!
Anyways, here's my before/after pictures. If you have any questions, feel free to email me ([email protected]) , as I don't come on here often/forget about this forum >.< !!

Hi Winter

Thank you for sharing your experience!

I went to the website hanface, it doesn't look like an usual ps clinic website. It seems like it's an third party agent website. It says on the website that they are affiliate with Regen, BK, and ID.

You had your face bone surgeries done by Dr Han?

Do you mind to share the total cost?

Do you still have their contact info?

Which clinic did your friend went for her zygoma reduction?

Do you what method did you have for your zygoma reduction?

Sorry for asking so many questions^^

I am looking to do face bone surgeries as well

i heard of hanface a few months ago, someone wrote about it in the forums, said he's very good with facial bone
i didn't find the website back then, i found some blog about his technique
but i wasn't sure about the location of the clinic so i ignored it
now someone comes and posts this website? why is it only in chinese if it's a korean clinic? i went to the webpage and everything was already in chinese, i didn't select the language, is he trying to attract chinese patients only?
affiliation with bk regen and others... horrible
new person comes and posts a great review, then recommends dr jung for nose?
haha... dr jung and dr han must be desperate...
i believe no good dr needs people to come and advertize in a forum like this...
i really thought dr han was some specialist, now i think he's a fraud
了_了
i will look into designerPS, i dont know anything about it
HK eye and nose results look good i think

Hi HaileyKim!

Your results are great! May I know did you do a V-line or jaw surgery? And how much do they quoted you for all of your surgeries?
