After discounts, I think I can only get 5 million won since I m not doing lipo at their place. Thinking back teium is more realistic while jewelry is really pushy... I have ptosis as well, so its like I can't decide whether to just fix that with epi, or go for a more dramatic look. Please do update us on what you have decided. Cos it was very cold so I took a cab there at KRW 2400. Whoever books my appointment told me to be there at 9.30am. But the Dr Kwon came to work at 10am. Sorry I m quoting SG time. I m the first patient. I saw abt 7-8 staff in all. Only one is extremely beautiful with really nice eyes. She speaks English and she said she the incisional method by dr Kwon. I met up dr for abt 25 mins. He speaks little English but it s good enough to understand him. He recommended that i do ptosis correction because my irises covered by eyelid for abt 1mm. Please note most Asians have this problem. I went to dr because of my triple and double eyelid. According to him it is wrinkles and not triple eyelid. Anyway because of ths this particular eye is more droopy than the other one. I already have very deep medium double eyelid. Then I started to show him photos of beautiful gals w beautiful eyes. one of the gal who LO had double eyelid have droopy n tiring eyes too. She did epi, lateral, ptosis. After that surgery she looks a bit mixed blood with nice deep set doube eyelids. Dr told me he can't achieve ths look and ask me o be realistic cos that gal eye bone structure diff from me. He said he knows what I want but he cannot change me into a new pair of eyes in this manner. I was disappointed. Like dr Kwon she tod me I need epi, ptosis. The price is 4700,000. 1 million more than teium. Ths designer is very beautiful. So are all consultants with big and dolly eyes. But their nose and chin look fake. During consut, I showed them pic of the pretty girls.bten she said t can be done with lateral. Please note Dr Kwon said I don eed ths is my eyes are lengthy enough. Anyway after jewelry said they could achieve this look for me.. I was on cloud nine. I told them is there a possibility I am sedated and you assign another junior doctor and not dr hong? They said no... I will see dr hong during process cos I m fully awake. Then I said those gals look pretty cos they wear circle lenses. She showed me 3 gas photo before and after. And tey look really beautiful even without circle lenses. I m once red abt overexposure of white part of my eyes. By ths time I was really excited. however, I feel a pang of sadness cs these 3 gals..had an entire transformations. They look like a different person. Then they offered me a super good deal. 4,500,000 for everything. Only 800,000 won more than teium with lateral. I'm very buy in but decided not to act on impulse. Today I woke up with no more pain from my lipo. Here's my conclusion. 1. I went to Korea to correct my ptosis. Already have very nice double eyelids and one with triple. I should focus on this and not tempted to do something so drastic that I m NI longer myself anymore. 2. I never get to see Dr Hong and designer at jewelry. How Woukd I know if there won be any miscommunication between designer and Dr Hong? 3, jewelry is sales aggressive and thy said teium is small clinic. Never heard of dr. Dr skills not good enough cannot do lateral to achieve The deep set eyes I want. They also sad 365mc notas good. Even though they appear airang tv... They paid for it. But my experience with 365mc is fabulous..They really specialise with lipo. 4. I could have gone to regen n banobagi but originally they said will reduce my price cos I can do lipo with them n eye. Now that I m doing lipo at 365 I don have good bargaining power. Their email quote is 5.3 - 5.5 million won, maybe hey can reduce to only 5 million. 5. At teium, I m doing Same things at 3.7m. So why not? Plus reading from cozycat, flowerpod, soompi, purse forum. I have seen many many testimonials re dr Kwon. 6. Dr Kwon is truthful, he is not comfortable to create dramatic look for me cs I thinker feels my ES with look great with just ptosis ... My major problem.,. So my choice is teium... Dr Kwon is also my 1st choice at the moment..but I guess I won't be deciding until I arrive there for a face to face consultation. I'm also from Singapore. I know we all want to be beautiful but changing your whole look where your original features are completely gone? I dont think thats the point of plastic surgery..just my opinion Question for you, were you able to get an appointment for the actual surgery soon? I heard that Dr. Kwon is super busy so I'm a bit worried that I wont be able to get a surgery date set w/ him after I decide. I meet w/ him next Friday and i would like to have the surgery the next day (Sat) if i do decide to go with him. Do you think i should put a deposit down for the surgery? thoughts? But to be honest, I handpicked and sent messages mainly to people whose B&A's I was really impressed with, which ended up being the most drastic ones with multiple surgeries lol. But that's because I'm personally going for a dramatic change, though as natural as possible. Hmm maybe I should ask people with results I don't particularly like, just so I can have an idea of which clinics I shouldn't go to... Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed looking over the B&A's. ^^ I used to have doubts about plastic surgery but doing all of this research has really inspired to just go for it. marir Posted December 10, 2012 Share Posted December 10, 2012 Hey, I'm actually not getting my eyes done, so I can't really recommend any clinics, since I haven't really looked into that sort of research. I have heard great things about Teium and Banobagi on PF though, and would personally have Banobagi high on my list of potential clinics (for facial contouring), if it weren't for the fact that their prices are pretty steep. plastic_korea Posted December 10, 2012 Share Posted December 10, 2012 As crazy as it sounds, I was in Korea couple of months for rhino and that was the only thing I did (though I wanted to do my eyes as well but i was just scared to do both at one time). Anyhow, I realllly like how my nose turned out that I want to do my eyes So most doctors just recommended EPI so I'll probably just do that next week. I know, I'm crazy to go to Korea just for EPI but not many doctors in the US do these type of surgeries, you know?
