Give hope to the rest of us LOL
I never noticed how much of a difference the forehead can make. I know that the nose and cheeks/jaw/chin can make a huge difference. Now I realized why people choose to get their forehead augmented.

A friend of mine has had a lot of facial work. She looks NOTHING like her before picture. She's not Asian and I don't think that she went to Korea or any other Asian county for her facial procedures. She's 100% Hispanic.

These are pictures I found from her first nose job at a plastic surgeons website, a picture before surgery, and pictures of what she looks like now. I don't know if she had fat graft to her face because that's not popular in the states so maybe a filler?? Not too sure.

Yeah she had A LOT of work done, not just on her face. Boobs, liposuction on stomach and thighs, even butt cheek implants. She has abs but she NEVER goes to the gym so me and my friends were wondering if her abs are real or not :/ she says they're real but I know how hard it is for a girl to get abs and if you don't go to the gym then it's nearly impossible right?
There were rumors going around that her abs were fake. Ab implants? But she says there are no such things as ab implants. Maybe it's the liposuction but liposuction doesn't give you abs right??
I don't know. To admit I am quite jealous of her!!! She is so beautiful and when we go out no one looks at me or any of my other friends all the guys automatically go to Joselyn.

For fat transfer, how are your scars from the liposuction? Where are the scars located and how many scars do you have? How big are they?

I am wanting to do fat graft but I am worried about the scars from liposuction. I have had liposuction before but I scar pretty badly. I have two scars the size of my finger nail where the incisions were.

No your friend is quite right, there are no such things as ab implants :P

What shes most likely had done is a special type of lipo called vaser hi-def which basically sculpts the body whilst also sucking out the fat leaving the patient with pristine looking abs. Its meant to give that athletic look to people who aren't athletic which would explain why your friend has abs but doesn't really exercise.

Hi kimjoo! Actually the nurses were nice to me. Just that pobably they were shorthanded or something (that day when I went there to remove bandages, there was only 1 nurse and about 4-5 patients! Were you asked to remove the underlying tape stuck to your face yoruself as well?

My doctors consist of the facial conturing specialist, Dr Reo, and also their nose specialist, Dr "iforgothisname" (so sorry bout that!) ^^
But it's their best nose doc I guess since i heard he was really busy to meet!

Anyway just an update, it's day 4 today (but GOSH! IT SEEMS LIKE A MONTH ALREADY!)
and I went back to GRAND for
1) cleaning of wounds (she applied some brown colour liquids on my stiches and gum area while telling me to brush my teeth without touching my gum)
2) shampoo (ohhh that was heavenly! Finally!)
3) she gave me a bottle of cleanser and cotton pads, and told me how (with warm water) to cleanse my face as she realized that I have left over marks from what the doctor marked, and also tons of sticky residual from the bandage I had to remove myself earlier. (it's really not easy to remove those things, and not wanting to hurt my face as I'm not sure if they have mended well back to my bones, I chose to let them be. Thankfully no breakouts on my skin. WINTER SAVES THE DAY!)
4) Deswelling treatment! - It was quite heavenly as well. She first placed a piece of metal plate connected to a machine which heats it up on your upper back. Then she applies some gel and used 2 heat rollers to massage my jaw and chin area. After about 5-10 minutes, she applied moisturizer on my skin. I think I will ask them if they have any facial treatment because it felt goodd.

I'll be back on Tuesday, which is the 7th day for the removal of my nose stiches.

Also, she told me that I can wear the head compressor garment on and off now (alternating between 2 hours on, 1 hour off. Sleep time will have to put it on)

As of now, my zygoma is looking goooood! My upper face looks so smooth.
The swelling has gone down to the middle and especially the lower jaw area. but I don't really like it at the moment. Especially the chin. I touched when the bone is, and imagine how my chin would look like when swelling disappears.. Not really a good image, but hopefully it's the sagging! Even if not, not sure if there's anything that I can do.
I do believe the doctors know what they were doing, so I shouldn't judge myself first too fast since I'm just 4 to 5 days post op.

As for nose, I'll not say anything yet until the stiches are removed. Its all bandaged up still so can't see much also

Fingers cross about possible skin sagging too!

Anyway I want to move to another place to save some money as I've decided to extend my stay for a couple more days.

Anyone has any recommendations? The place where I am staying now is awesome (except that they have no microwave LOLZ!).

But seriously, I came a long way to Korea, and I thought I should just try out more things and meet more local koreans.

I was actually thinking this the other day. I remember counting 3 guys (me, you, and SeoulforReal) but then you didn't post for a while and you came back with the Yoona avatar, so i thought i must be mistaken. But you're actually a guy like i originally thought :P

Anyway, sounds like your recovery is coming along. I remember Karime telling me that the headband is extremely important as it stops sagging cos she neglected to do it properly the first couple of days but then starting doing it properly when she went back home and could immediately tell the difference apparently.

Ahhh i was wondering if her butt was fake. Her butt is crazy i wish i had it though she does have a fab figure

Yeh they dont do ab implants - i think its lipo sculpting or something
Cos you dont get abs from no working out unless she laughs 24/7 !!!

Yeah id be jealous of her too. She is really pretty and nice body too
If i had the money id prob do head to toe aswell though haha but only nose and boobs and eyes for me!!

Hahaha, yea when the nurse saw me today, she said i stuck my headgear too tight. (I felt it was ok, allowing flexible movements since i always hear pp saying here their is tight, so I did the same)

Also im not really following what the nurse told me to alternate putting it on and off now. Just kept it on most of the time, but less tighter like how she taught me. Rather be safe as I keep coughing after the surgery. Sickening.

So have u dobe ur surgery? Hows ur result coming on?
