Glamgal why are you considering nose revision? What do u want to change? I'm thinking revision but most of the clinics are telling I don't need revision.

Yeah, I think you should go back for the revision, Grand should be responsible, but I don't think you should get the same the doctor who did this to you

Also because of the lousy stitch work for my tiplasty, I had an ugly scar (you can see my previous posts for the pic), but it was thankfully reduce much after I went for laser on it.

I have even emailed my translator June from Grand, and I totally got ignored and have no replies! (So much for customer service!)

Can you imagine EVERY SINGLE DAY when I see myself in the mirror or any reflection, utter regrets befalls upon me why I would ever choose Grand!

I am in the midst of planning to go back to Korea to fix all these darn disfigurations early next year. I did think about going back to Grand to fix all these problems cause by the doctors' negligence since they have free revisions and records of what they have done on me, provided they pay for my air tickets and lodging before I take any actions against them. I'm so sick of all these I want Grand to pay for it but most of all I want the issues to be gone!!!

What do you guys suggest??

Hi glamgal,
I had rhino with silicon implant, nasal septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.
How do you hear about topclass? I stumbled upon the clinic's website last year while searching for a mid-sized clinic that is well perceived by the locals. I emailed them in english, and Dr Kim was the one replying it. It would be nice if you can bring a translator and have the chance to consult with more doctors before making decision.
I remembered getting a quote on rhino for $3,000,000 - 4,000,000 krw in email. There's additional fee for general anesthesia and 10% credit card charge, all of them added up to $5800 usd.

I just did the double eyelid revision at topclass 3 days ago. It's still too early to tell if I'm happy with the result since the swelling. I'm also waiting to get the stitches out next week. keeping my fingers crossed~

I have full-incision blepharoplasty, ptosis correction, and lateral epicanthoplasty done by Dr. Go( or Ko?) Eung Yeol. I was also thinking about an epi to remove mogolian folds, but dr. Go thought it's unnecessary. Dr. Kim Hyung Jun is the one who did my rhinoplasty last year. He also stooped by the consultation room to check out if I were experiencing any discomfort on my nose. I am not sure if the chinese consultant is also the one replying emails in english, but I haven't met any staff who speaks fluent english at this clinic so far, I would definitely recommend you to bring a translator for consultation and negotiating with the lady who is in charge of pricing.

The surgery costs about $ 4,700 usd. It's a little bit lower than 5 to 6 grand since I didn't do all the procedures on the original quote, and they gave a 10% discount for returning customer, but i still think their price is rather stiff.

FYI...Here is an estimation I got from another clinic (Dream):
Double eyelid surgery*revision */ 2.,500,000~3,500,000KRW
medial epicanthoplasty/800,000KRW
lateral epicanthoplasty or canthopexy)/ 800,000~1,500,000 KRW
* Tax will be10% of the surgery cost.*

I've been to Oz Clinic, Teuimps, and busunko.

At Oz, I had eyebags fat reposition done and filler for love band. The results only lasted about a year, so I went back and decided to do love band with alloderm but Dr. Park of Oz didn't recommend it.
Next, I went to Teuimps, and they didnt either but suggested fillers but I can't afford to go back to Korea every year for that. I don't understand why they don't recommend alloderm if they offer it on their website? Does anyone know why or have had alloderm for love band?

Also I'm not a huge fan of Oz, but I found it very sketchy that Teiumps had photos and reviews of a Soompi girl who had posted her before and after photos with a thorough review that she had it done at Oz Clinic but yet Teiumps had it in their before and after photo album in the waiting room. She wrote a very good review for Oz Clinic, which was how I found Oz but apparently Teiumps is claiming her as a patient! I believe you can still find her double eyelid review on soompi. So just a heads up for those of you who are interested in Teiumps.

Flying out to Seoul in a few days! It's been ages since I was at Sydney Airport; hope I don't get lost before I even board my flight xD

I've been reading that the weather there is still quite warm so I've packed light and brought a cardigan along to layer if need be. I just hope it's not too humid and sweaty and sticky - anyone there now to give a few heads up on what the weather is like?

Pretty excited to be traveling but it's also a tad daunting since it's like you're a girl alone in a foreign country and you don't speak the predominant language so you gotta always have your wits about you and take extra precautions

Best of luck to those traveling soon too! I'll keep you guys updated on how I'm going - I'm set on doing rhinoplasty as soon as I get there.
