greatnose Posted March 30, 2013 Share Posted March 30, 2013 After a few trips to Korea and China, I have lost my heart in asian doctors who specialized in rib. The nose bridge just seems very unnatural to me ( too straight, lack of natural curvature) and nose tip has way too much reaborption. I was advised by a local ps thar US has more.advanced technique in doing nose recision using rib. After some rearch I have narrowed my choice of doctors to Dr dean toriumi, Dr Spencer cochran, Dr Russel kridel, Dr Guyruron, Dr Jay Calvert. lexethan Posted March 30, 2013 Share Posted March 30, 2013 Dr. Toriumi is a good choice. I'd go to him only if money grows on trees. I've heard he charges upward of $20K and up. Tell me if I'm wrong; I hope I'm wrong! I sent his secretary my pictures but it was angled right, they want this and that, etc... for him to analyze and then I'd have to go see him in person etc... I think the nose he operated on girls are too fake. No curvature. Maybe his nose is more suitable for guys. But I have to say that he did a better nose tip work than certain korean clinics. asianmodelboy Posted March 31, 2013 Share Posted March 31, 2013 also greatnose, where r u located? i feel like i have the opposite observation of you after viewing tons of US doctors work on rib i just feel more and more inclined to go overseas. the american doctors have no understanding of the asian face. their "Asian noses" look like a white persons interpretation of what asians should look like and its really distorted imo.
