Yes, I do believe that is him. He's a really young doctor who is apparently very skilled. Wishing you the best results!

In response to "Thao V." and her insinuation that the low Yelp ratings here re Dr. Charles Lee are fake and how surprised she is that there are so many, trust me Miss Thang, my review is very real and set forth my true experiences with Dr. Charles Lee. Actually, your defending Dr. Charles Lee so passionately when you were never even a patient yourself sounds quite suspect to me. I acknowledge the possibility that some of Dr. Charles Lee's patients may have been pleased with THEIR results, and I'm happy for them if so, but it's been eight years since my surgeries with Dr. Charles Lee (and 3 years since my original review), and the fallout from his botch job continue to manifest as the years roll by. The latest thing is that my right eyelid has gotten narrower and narrower over time, and now it is barely visible. The disparity in eyelid space between the right and left eyes has become more pronounced, necessitating ever more compensatory eyeliner application. This sucks. Another thing I would like to mention is that the scars from the nostril narrowing formed very small keloids and continue to itch to this day. It's very annoying. If only time travel were a reality and I could go back and undo it all. Oh well, after this experience and having been around the horn more than a few times, even though no one is asking, here's my advice anyway about plastic surgery in general: Unless it's to correct a deformity, avoid it. Let nature take it's course, grow older gracefully and do not allow yourself to succumb to the distorted dictates of a society that assigns value to a woman based on her level of sex appeal. It's all utter nonsense. We are all very beautiful when we have a kind, warm heart and let it show in our faces and actions toward others. Being overly focused on our appearance (at any age) is very unattractive. Just my 2 cents. With love to anyone who reads this, from the bottom of my heart.

-Although Dr. Charles Lee is personable and his staff is excellent, I am very disappointed with the procedures he performed on me. I had multiple procedures: eyebrow lift, upper eyelid surgery, lower eyelids fat removal, fat grafts, and a nose job involving an implant for my nose bridge, tip work and nostril narrowing. I spent a pretty penny. My complaints:
1. Upper Eyelids: Not bad, but not symmetrical. I have to compensate by drawing on a thicker line of eyeliner on one eyelid now.
2. Fat grafts: Complete waste of money due to absorption
3. Lower eyelids: Now have slight depressions where the fat used to be
4. Eyebrow lift: When I smile, I now have a vein in my forehead that bulges. Also, the scar on my scalp goes from one ear to the other. Before the surgery, Dr. Charles Lee said the incision would be only a few inches! He never explained why the f he did that! If my hair ever gets thinner, the very prominent scar will be very visible. I can now never wear my hair short.
5. Nose Job: This one is the worst of all. I hate, hate, hate my nose. My nose looks completely unnatural for an asian person. The profile is okay, but that's about it. It's so ugly from the front and other angles. At the last second before putting me under, Dr. Charles Lee suggested that I also have my nostrils narrowed. I wasn't sure, but decided to trust him and said ok. My nose looks somewhat pinched now, the bottoms of the nostrils are too low relative to the columella, the tip doesn't have the slight upturn that I asked for, the bridge is too high, the tip is ugly and too rounded. I wish I had never had him touch my nose. It looks worse than my natural nose. I have not gotten a single compliment on my nose; rather, everyone in my family has said negative things about it ("I don't like your nostrils" "Your nose looks pinched now" "You should go to Korea and have your whole nose redone" "Why did you do that -- your natural nose looked better.") One of my daughters said that I don't look asian any more -- that I look more like a white person. That is not the look I wanted. Especially because Dr. Charles Lee stresses preserving the ethnic character of one's features.

I considered returning to have him do revision surgery, but in disgust I decided to forget it, thinking I didn't want to risk his messing my face up even more.

He talks a very good game, but an artist, he is not. If anyone is considering using Dr. Charles Lee, I would warn you against doing so. I am saving money to have corrective surgery done in Korea with a surgeon who did my sister-in-law's daughter's nose which came out beautifully.

I truly regret entrusting my face to Dr. Charles Lee. I chose him because he was featured on Oprah and had impressive credentials. I thought I had done my due diligence in selecting him. I should have known that he doesn't do noses that well judging from the photos of nose jobs on his website. Also, the receptionist that worked at his BH office at the time I had my surgeries, had a very unattractive nose and I didn't have the nerve to ask her if Dr. Charles Lee had done it. I should have.

I am being completely honest here. I don't want to hurt Dr. Charles Lee or anyone else, but if I can save someone from making a big mistake like i did, then it's worth writing this review. I think he may be ok doing asian eyelid surgery (as long as you insist that he make both eyes look the same), but don't let him do anything else to your face. I can't say that he's a butcher because I do believe he may have tried his best, but his sense of aesthetics is pretty terrible.
