There is a new 'fat grafting' procedure available that I'm interested in getting. It's called Q.o.fill. It's your own blood (i think) mixed with some H.A fillers. It lasts about 2 years without need of retouching. It's also a bit cheaper since fat doesn't need to be harvested.

I've done fat graft in the past and I just recently heard of Q.O fill and saw some really good views which is why I'm going to have it done for my overall face instead of fat grafting. Will let you all know the results soontime.

I'm curious about this too! Is it available in the U.S.? Please keep us posted.

Is this the same as PRP fat graft? (since PRP is basically injecting your own blood/stem cells) If so, a lot of Korean clinics offer this. I know PRP exists in the US (read about some celebrities doing it), too - not sure if they mix it with the fat graft, though

If it's something different then, it sounds interesting!

Hi

I just done with Full face fat graft in Korea, now it is 2 weeks post op.

I would like some experienced ladies to share with me their recovery journey.

I must admit that at this point of time i deeply regret doing fat grafting, i look horrendous and totally do not look like myself. I cannot accept my new look at all. My mid to lower face have broaden so much and i look really fat and unappealing. My cheeks are huge and it made my jowl area looking sagging (I wonder if it is the swelling that made my jowl so big too) my forehead protrude with bump.

I think it's a new thing developed in Korea, and the doctor who invented it was getting awards or something.

Without the fat though, I think its blood/stem cells mixed with some type of hyaluronic acid filler. The results last 2 years without need for retouch. It's more reliable than fat graft since it can be easily dissolved, safer, longer lasting, way less chance of volume loss and less chance of unevenness/lumpiness.

You can see some before and after pictures if you go onto google image and search "큐오필"

I'm sold and I'm definitely trying it out.

I heard it can take up to 3 months for the swelling to completely settle? And most likely the fat will go away.

Where did you get it done?

Okay, so I'm flying to Korea in two weeks and I have consultations with the following clinics---these are the prices they quoted me.

Item Plastic Surgery:
first area 1,100,000 korean won
addition area 440,000 korean won
Above 4 areas 2,420,000 korean won

Regen and Banobagi - 3,500,000 KRW for full face fat graft

JW - 2600-2900 USD

TLPS - 3000 USD

Dream - 4,700,000 KRW (Omg, why so high? Lol.)

Does anyone have experience with any of these clinics? I'm mostly worried about a fake overfilled and puffy looking result. I want to look like myself, but younger.

Regen didn't assign me anyone. Rather, I didn't ask bc there was so little information on their website about who specializes in what. I figure that I will meet with the doctor who will operate on me and judge him from that meeting.

Does anyone have a clue who the fat graft specialist at Regen is?
