threewhitefeathers Posted January 16, 2018 Posted January 16, 2018 I was seriously considering April 31 and was in talks (using KKT) with their English speaking rep Brian - I just got a very strange feeling from it and ended up crossing them off my list. And after researching further I saw that many people complained about Brian mysteriously "disappearing" after the surgery was finished - whereas before he would be really helpful and available during the consultation/presurgery process. I just don't really know what to trust anymore either ...

miame44 Posted January 20, 2018 Posted January 20, 2018 Brian actually did not disappear. He got really sick and end it up at the hospital for one month due to a health issue. Not many people knew, but I was there for surgery so I knew what exactly had happened. Brian has been very attentive. Never leave your side. But that time he just claps his body couldn't take it anymore so he was in the hospital. I just want to clarify for him since every time I had my surgery there he is so good at taking care of me.
