clammie
Hihi. Actually, I didn't bargain too long. What I did was, requested to consider for awhile and went to the toilet. Inside I calculated how much was I willing to spend for my procedures. When I went back, I told them that was all I had and if they couldn't do it for me at that price, I'll need to find someone who can. The consultant went in and out of the room, seemingly to obtain approval, and then finally said they could do it at 6m won. I signed with them right there, not much bargaining, no gimmicks, just outright flat price. Yes or No, take it or leave it. I did nose tip plasty + short nose correction, double eyelids natural adhesion + ptosis correction of 1 eye, and full face fat grafting + removal of previous fillers. Done at Grand Hospital. clammie
By the way, I am not too pleased with the fat grafting as I feel that he could have injected more at my cheeks. It has only been 2 weeks but the depression in my cheeks are visible again. Some say that is because he does not want to inject too much during the first time in case the overfilling will make cheeks look excessively bloated. But still................ psp
Wow Clammie, This is the greatest tactic i heard, just offer one price, they take it or leave it. Powerful negotiator. Thanks for the tip. Great help love
psp
Hi Clammie, I heard that fat grafting must inject 2-3 times for the result to be more permanent... I'm not sure too as i will be doing fat grafting too. I will verify with the consultation and reply you later. Would you want to check with your doctor regarding your issue? How is your result with your eyes & nose? Is the result subtle or dramatic? Can the doctor deliver what you are looking for? I pray for your speedy recovery. shinyglittery
haha i like what you did very smart! ^^ hi... sorry to hear you're unhappy with your fat graft do you think fat grafting would help make smile lines smaller? you know those lines that you get on your cheeks like from your nose to the sides of your mouth... i feel mine are too visible/deep thank you for telling us that, i didn't know... i knew that half of fat graft will be absorbed and not visible after a while but i didn't know that... good to know ^^
clammie
Hehe thanks for the compliment but honestly, I just didn't wanna waste time haggling. There are LOTS of clinics. I am sure someone will do it for me at my price. LOL
clammie
I did check with the doctor, and he said the same thing about not wanting to overfill the 1st time. So when I go back for my 2nd fat graft, he will make up for the areas. For my eyes, one side is healing VERY slowly so I still look like a smashed up hamburg. Ah well I shall wait. Nose wise, it looks de same as I did BEFORE surgery (with swelling) so I guess its a waiting game too. When is ur surgery?
clammie
Hihi. my fat graft made those lines (nasolabial folds) disappear. Fat graft was probably the best thing I did, in my opinion. It made me look younger and cuter lol. I jus wished it was done better.
psp
Dear beauties, Reply fr Pitangui on fat grafting issue (cut n paste fr my email): "Normally 30-40% injected fat cells will survive permanently and the rest will get absorbed within 3 months time. Therefore, free touch up session within 3 months to 6 months time is provided to increase the survival rate. The survival rate can be different for individuals. Stemcell fat graft can be also performed and it does have higher survival rate. The cost per facial part is 3,000,000 KRW" I am going to Bangkok for vaserlipo n fat grafting on breasts with stem cells. Maybe I will check with my Thai doctor how much is the small area fat grafting with stem cells (1000cc fat grafting with stems cells on breasts is only USD3,000) I'm not going to pay 3m for such small area fat grafting with stem cells. Hmm.... still hv to go bk to Korea for the next free fat grafting.... The cost may not be worth it unless I'm going to Korea for other procedure Just my 2 cents thought
clammie
I ever considered fat grafting in BKK before too... but I found that the prices there weren't very much different from Korea and I wasn't sure about the skills of BKK doctors. May I know which doctor in BKK you are going to?
