They don't overcharge and I haven't read any bad reviews yet. I'm also considering Cinderella. I haven't read any bad reviews on them either. I emailed them and they gave me ridicccculous price quotations like 1.7 mill kw for epi and 2 mill kw for double eye lid surgery. But could anyone enlighten me exactly which Dream it is? There seems to be three, with three different websites: 1. hj88 Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 Hey guys Apparently the Korean Govt is in the process of changing the tax law so that foreigners who come to Korea can get tax back if they keep the receipt from their PS. It's to try and combat slump in PS trips since the MERS outbreak. You take your receipt to the Airport ad get the value of the tax you paid back...
