tj-park
Uh.. TLPS is having a promotion on rhino plasty and jaw shaving its a promotional price... there have been quite a lot of people going to TL. Why dont you look up what TL actually specialises in instead of being focused on the price. Once its done its pretty hard to be reversed.
kittymon
hey everyone. whats the price usually quoted for V line or fat graft for TLPS? we should gather a price list to see if some of us are overcharged or not lol.
tinzy
Before I saw that they had a 7.77 million won promotion for v-line and zygoma reduction on their fb. When I emailed them about a month ago they quoted me 21.7 million won for v-line/zygoma/chin and said they'd give me 50% off for a special promotion... oceanbelle
Hi everyone, I just came back from consultations in Seoul. I met Dr Kim at TLPS. Their customer service was bad and they made me wait for 1.5hrs before consulting Dr Kim. For some reason, my appointment was not registered. I booked the appointment with Melissa 1 month in advance. Initially, they said I didn't book an appointment to see Doc, so I could only consult the consultant. I was damn pissed, and I told the Chinese consultant off! I said I came all the way from overseas and u tell me I cannot see doc?! And I did not know where Melissa disappear to. After a long wait, I finally met Melissa. To my surprise, she was not that friendly as the rest have mentioned. Well, probably because I went with a Korean friend. She was rude to my friend. I met Dr Kim and he knows his stuff. However, he doesn't seem too interested when he advised me. Maybe he was tired or has met too many patients before me. I don't have a good feeling with them. jiaxo
I had the same feeling when I had my consultation there last month, though I met with Regina instead. The doctor didn't seem interested either and it felt rushed. Also didn't like how she kept pushing me to make a deposit on the spot for a discount. oceanbelle
She didn't push me for a deposit though. I'm striking off TLPS. Which other clinics did you visit as well? What do you in intend to do? I'm going back in November to do zygoma.
xiledsoviet
Wow, that bad? Are you not going to do any procedures at all for this trip then?
oceanbelle
Yes, it was bad. No, I didn't do any procedures during this trip. My main purpose was to go there to do consultations with some clinics that I have shortlisted.
jessicacorbyn
Thanks for the review. Where else did you consult, were they bad also?
kittymon
woah the price diff is too much. i think it scares me to think of a hospital giving 50% off (legit if its 10/20%, but 50% seems too much (?) just my POV tho). does it mean that they are trying to market it a lot more like those big clinics or is it they do not have enough customers so they are trying to get them on their side. anw if there's a huge influx of customers, does it mean that their attitude/standard might drop. @Oceanbelle or others might be experiencing these. jessicacorbyn
I got offered 50% discount if I booked my surgery in summer a few months ago. Melissa was pushy though and didn't answer questions, this was before consultation and just email.
oceanbelle
What I have noticed about these hospitals that give big discounts. Their target markets are foreigners and they are usually not popular among the locals. These hospitals sell by quantity, thus they can give a lot of discounts. Their margin mainly come from foreigners. I feel the skill of the docs is much more important than the discounts we get. Afterall, it's our face and we would prefer to get it right the first time. oceanbelle
I also went to Small Face, ASPS, Migo and Apr 31. I wanted to visit Braun, but they were fully booked. They were good. I felt most comfortable with ASPS, and followed by Apr 31. The doctors listened to my concerns and took time to explain to me as I asked a lot of questions. Customer service were good too!
