Hi Guys

Completely new to PL and have was wondering if you guys could help advise.

I'm planning to go korea for a face lift and have contacted TL PS. I'm only in my mid 30s, nothing really sagging yet and don't really need anything major; i.e. anything kind jaw or bone reconstruction.

So i'm just looking at their Anti-aging/lifting procedure such as their power V or Ultra V lifting. Maybe removal of buccal pad fat from the cheeks to getting a sharper jawline.

My question is

I'm a regular gym going and have lost quite a bit of weight and continuing to do so. Is it advisable to do the lifting procedures now when i'm still not at my optimum weight?

I'm just worried i'm wasting money by doing the procedure now and when i eventually lose more weight, it's just going to sag because of the weight lost. I've been told that it will be a month before i go back to the gym. Just worried that weight training where your facial muscles are strained will not be a good idea after power V lifting.

Any advise? I'm completely new to PS and so even lifting procedures seems daunting and major to me let alone surgery involving bones

Also has anyone done any ultra V or power V lifting procedures at TL?

Power V-lifting essentially looks like laser liposuction in my opinion. I have had laser lipo in other areas with good results and no sagging but I don't know about the face. I work with many ps and some say laser can tighten some say it is a gimmick. The research is still out but I liked it.
As far as buccal fat or tissue removal I would advise against this. In 20 years you may wish that your face still had the same fullness and now the popular thing is to put fat/volume back in the cheeks to give a youthful and non-sunken look.
Here is my though on weightloss before lipo: I tried to loose as much as I could before my lipo to get the most out of it. The number of fat cells you have is a permament number. We do not GROW more fat cells. As you gain weight or loose weight the individual cells simply shrink or expand. I have a theory that for fat grafting you would want as many cells as possible to the area to live so it you loose weight before the fat grafting the cells will be smaller individually and more condensed, this way they can be tightly packed into the graft area and hopefully live. Just a theory on that last bit but I will def try to loose weight before my fat grafting as it would not be good to go on a diet after and have all the poor little cells shrivel and die.

Hi would anyone has experience in thread lift? Recently there's TESS or mask lift. I wonder what is the downside of having threads in your face? Possibility of infection etc, thanks for thoughts and sharing.
