i will be going to Seoul in Feb, which is next month and have been doing research on clinics, mostly the international ones like ID, Regen etc charges very high rates.

i heard that they charge their locals cheaper rates.

Anyone knows of affordable and reliable plastic surgery clinics in Seoul that charges less than USD3000 for rhinoplasty?

It depends on what you want done. A simple silicone implant for a primary rhinoplasty may be under $3000. A revision will cost you $4000 minimum. Tip work, osteotomy, etc. will cost you extra. Rib rhinoplasty is the most expensive.

P.S. I wouldn't just go to the cheapest one quoted via email, either. The clinics will all try to jack up their prices once you go in person and they end up all around the same price, with the exception of super-expensive ones like VIP.

Hi all,

My partner and I spent a month in Seoul for plastic surgery in November. Pitangui was one of the clinics we visited.

to be honest everywhere in seoul is considered alot cheaper than if you get surgery done elsewhere (us, canada, australia, japan etc) 3000 is actually a really good price for a nose job. Over here in Australia they charge you at least 6-7000 for a nose job and on top of that you pay for anesthesiologist fee which is another 2000 and hospital stay which is another 1000 plus per night if you need it.

its no good to pick a clinic based on price point. NEVER DO THAT. Your face is a permanent investment and you should never pick a clinic because its cheaper. Don't even decide based on the clinic/hospital name because that''s all money they pump into marketing. Always pick based on the surgeon who will be operating on you, his specialty, his proposed method and procedures to attain what you want and his skill. You're best doing research about a surgeons skill by looking for real post op results from patients. I would never bother looking at before and afters from their official websites because there's always a chance photoshop is employed. I've personally found alot of helpful members on this forum who pm me their results from the clinic im going to and its really reassured me.

As mentioned once you add airfare, hotels for 14 days min, and food, etc, the price is not significantly cheaper than in the U.S, but then again it depends. Rhinoplasty in the us averages about 6k, and depending on what you do in korea it goes from 2-7 for your initial primary, with a few places like TL and VIP even quoted at 10k+ And of course there's places in the US that charge 15-20k for rhinoplasty, celebrity surgeon types in affluent areas such as beverly hills, etc, bc they can.
