I finally did it!!

After many months of consideration and intensive research...

I stepped foot in korea on 6th Feb and went consultation at Pitangui.
Had my surgeries on 7th Feb.

these are the surgeries they performed on me:

1) RHINOPLASTY
- Bridge Augmentation: Building up the bridge/profile line of my nose. Silicon will be implanted for my case.
- Tip Reduction and Tip Plasty: Manipulation of the arched lower lateral cartilages to increase the projection of the tip. Ear cartiledge (my own) will be used for my nose tip to make it more defined.
- Alarplasty: Reducing the width of the nostrils using closed incisions (stitches will be done on the insides of the nostrils rather than the outside so that there will be no visible scars)

2) Incisional double eyelid and lazy eye correction
An incision is made at the proposed height and skin is removed according to pre-existing anatomical conditions.

3) Fats graft to smile lines also known as paranasal augmentation
a method to inflate depression
above the upper jaw from the nostrils to the corners of the mouth.
Adding volume to these areas straightens nasolabial folds,
achieving younger appearance in general. This is a semi- permanent surgery as fats will dissolve over the months and only about 40% will remain.

4) Chin augmentation via fats graft
To lengthen my chin making it more proportioned and defined. Using fats graft here would be more natural than silicon implant and same as above, this is also a semi-permanent surgery as fats will dissolve over the months leaving only about 40% surviving.

Some before and after pictures.

I love your new look! Your eyes were very pretty before too, I actually want your before eyes, haha .
Did you have ptosis correction? I'm worried that if I get ptosis correction my eyes will have a permanent "shocked" look. But so far so good.
Your nose looks great too, very natural. Keep us updated~

thank you for your compliments

yes, i did ptosis correction because i had droopy eyes before, haha in most angles, you can't really see my double eyelids, i had to look upwards then they will be obvious, therefore they looked very bulgy most of the time, like goldfish :P

my scars are fading away, today is my 19th day post op and only my left side has a very small scar which i think is fading away soon too, my right side is perfectly fine now  Maybe you can leave me your contact.

One more thing i really need to mention which i strongly believed played a very big part in my fast recovery was PURTIER. My best friend kept asking me to take a bottle of it for one month immediately after surgery because it accelerates the recovery of cells using the stem cell technology, honestly i read about this product and even my mum says it's good. I didn't want to take it initially cuz it was quite costly.

However, on the 2nd day post surgery, I was very frustrated with the fact that i cannot breathe and was practically choking on my own mucus, i couldn't sleep and couldn't bathe and wash my hair, i felt terrible, i couldn't stand it anymore and wanted this terrible feeling to disappear ASAP so i asked for Purtier (as i didn't have any pills that aided healing or deswelling with me) and my best friend who brought it over to Korea gave me some. I started taking it from then until now.

Check out my swelling especially around my eyes, i just took Purtier for 2 days (i took 2 pills a day) and the swelling subsided so much, I am amazed myself too. However, after taking 2 pills a day for about 5 days, i stopped and cut down to 1 pill a day only. (cuz i can't bear to finish it so fast and i felt that the hardest period was over and the following days were so much easier to deal with)
I did not edit the above picture at all and did not use any filters. These pics are taken with natural lighting.
