j_ff
Did you contact any clinics? Which ones on your list?
crimsonseoul
Do you mean for genioplasty or for rhinoplasty? I've contacted Banobagi and VIP for rhinoplasty and am planning to contact a lot more this week. I don't really have a list for genioplasty because I don't have enough information on best clinics for that. For rhinoplasty, I'm thinking Banobagi, JW, and Dream for now. twocupcakes
I wouldn't go overseas to have these procedures done separately. Unless you're getting them both done at the same time, which is pretty common, you'll first have to recover from one procedure before doing the other. That could take several months. crimsonseoul
Yeah, that's a good point; I was also thinking that I don't want to get multiple procedures separately if I don't have to. Do you think it's pretty okay to just get the genioplasty done while I get rhinoplasty (with the emphasis that I will be choosing my clinic mainly based on its rhinoplasty skills and reputation)? My guess is that chin work seems less of a big deal and less complicated than rhinoplasty in the sense that it's probably harder to mess up since relatively speaking, there are so many parts when it comes to the nose (versus the chin). I'm just worried if it's necessary or a much better idea to go to a clinic that's "known" to be good at genioplasty, though I don't really hear much discussion about it which makes me think it's more standard. I'm also leaning toward a chin implant instead of sliding genioplasty.
zephel
I am also considering between chin implant and sliding genioplasty. Not particularly sure if revision surgery is required for chin implant :/
j_ff
If you get genioplasty then you'd have to revise if you don't like the result but if you get implant you can just remove it later on Also, if you have implant first and then do genioplasty it wouldn't be considered as revision
