L cut= 3D zygoma
If they cut out an L shaped bone, it is 3d. If it is partial L cut, it can be a kind of quick zygoma reduction.

What about for cheekbones that are moved backwards but not moved inwards from the sides. Does that count as quick zygoma too?

Hello girls,
My name is Dinikim and i am new here:smile::smile:
I am going to Seoul in February 2016 and will have my consaltation with Dr. Bumjin Park at iWELL Plastic Surgery.
I read in their website and found their Quick Zygomatic technique which is not only to reduce my side zygoma but also reduce 45° angle quite a bit. I think this will be the best method for me since i am at my 40s and don't want to go under GA and i don't want that dramatic change for my face but to get rid of that pointing out cheekbones which make my face look broad.
I had contact TLPS, The Line, ID, JW, Pintagui, ID and Girin but all of them just recommend me to do the 3D Zygoma.
Anyone had experience with iWELL or this procedure?
I also found out that BRAUN offers the same quick zygoma reduction with fixation that also able to reduce the 45° angle but i coudn't reach them by fone and i couldn't find their Email address:sad::sad:

I am wondering whether 3D zygoma involves more separation of soft tissues from bones, resulting higher possibility of sagging than quick zygoma?

I believe it does, since they are cutting two pieces of your bone and not one like on the quick method there are higher chances, but I could be wrong, just my two cents..
