Korean Clinic Contact Details

I made this thread because, I don't think there is one (I may be wrong!!) and I have seen a lot of people asking for clinic contact details in other threads......So I thought if people would like to contribute kakaotalk IDs, emails etc it would be a good reference and be helpful to have them in one place.
