Hi piyochi,

Hi Poredoor

i had genioplasty done along with my other surgery in April. I had it done at White clinic.
I used dissolvable screw for genioplasty but I did used titanium screw a for my cheek reduction.
Professor lee used titanium screws for my cheek cz my cheek bone weren't strong enough for dissolvable screws.
Clinics charge more for dissolvable screws. Usually 2 millions won more
you can always negotiate and see if they are willing to adjust the price a bit. You have to have strong bone to go with dissolvable screws.
Male usually have stronger bone than women so you can choose that option if financially you can afford it then you don't have to worry about the titanium plate or screws.
In terms of clinics, I know White have done both male and female celebrities. You can ask them if you decide to go for consultations. I saw male client when I was at White and i only saw female clients when I was at able.
I would go to a maxillary specialist for bone surgery. Check Both White and Everm.

Hi Piyochi,

That's really help. I have been contacted back from EverM, Her name is Gahee. She's really nice. I asked her about translator. She said she could find one on my own expense. She also sent me a link of translator. This lady told me about melting plate, dissolvable plate you were talking about, which I never knew before. I asked her that I also want to do my eyelid and she recommended me Topface, which I never heard of it, along with an email of whom I have to contact. I guess Topface seems to be more local than whatever places we all know about. I wish EverM did eyelid too. The only reason I might not go for EverM because of this. I don't want to do chin first then couple days later go for eyelid with my swollen face and pain.

Yesterday I googled and I saw a Singaporean blogger review about her surgery in Korea. She went with the agent which is complied by government name DocfinderKorea.com. It sounds interesting to me. It's like one stop service. Consultation, Appointment, Accommodations, Airport pick up, Post Op service, and Follow up after clients come back their countries. For me I feel like it's a hassle free as you know it takes time to hear back from those hospitals especially commercial, big, and busy. I think I might use this agent. After they diagnosis your case, they will screen you couple clinic and hospital which is reliable to choose from along with price and procedure. I think this agent has contract with those places and of course priority to get respond back faster than walk-in clients. I don't mind paying more a little bit higher but sure and more confident. Bone surgery is one-time surgery, not like implant that can be revisioned.

Anyway, Thank you very much for your experience.

Going to chime in like everyone else - thanks for sharing your experience and getting down to the details. There are so many horror stories of toxic injections and other procedures gone wrong that it scares me to death. But I do plan to move forward with a breast augmentation soon and am looking at all of my options. Thanks again for taking the time to write a detailed post!
