Although he may sounds friendly hence during consultation he can make all heaven n earth promises to suits your needs end up after your surgery went u leave taiwan,after realized something goes wrong he will just ignore u! I had spent $3500 usd in BK clinic to refix his BLOTCHY JOB on my eyelid! Pls check this forum out SingaporeExpat forum before u make your decision.
