Their nurses, assistants, anesthesiologists are all team together. How can it not be possible if they just keep it secret and do in secret?

But I mean don't they have morals? Or what about if someone quits or something? I mean all it takes for one to snitch, right? So everyone just turns the blind eye?

Basically yeah. They want to be more efficient with their time so the main surgeons can go consult more patients while the intern gains more experience. It basically is a factory environment. From what I read, local clinics should be better if you're worried about surgeon switching.

Hi, from my knowledge switching is illegal in Korea. There are some chances of getting that in larger hospitals as there are younger doctors around. Therefore, my Korean friends advised not to bargain too hard in the clinic to avoid getting a doctor switch (Since you doubt the senior's prices)? LOL! In my opinion, it is important to know if the doctors are ALL board certified specialists and their years in experiences. Younger but certified doctors can also do a good job in assisting the main doctor but definitely not a total doctor switch! Normally the senior doctor does the main surgery , say in a rhinoplasty case, main doctor you consulted with, adds the silicon/dermis in and ties the septal/ ear cartilage together. Assisting doctor may harvest the cartilage or dermis, and that doesn't make a switching case since the fixing of the nose is done by the doctor you consulted with. After the surgery, one should always ask for a signed and stamped surgery certificate to get a commitment from the clinic. Also, quoting from @Lanvinfiend , no reputable doctor will want to risk their reputation for a non credible intern doctor.
