moody Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 Those who had paranasal, has it made a drastic change to your face? It's usually done along with rhinoplasty. I don't know if done without paranasal augmentation would it do the rhinoplasty justice.

I personally think it's perfectly fine to do rhino without para nasal, as the effectiveness of para nasal implants are questionable.
cute_lil_fiend Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 I think the general consensus on this forum is that paranasal augmentation is more trouble than it's worth, and for a questionable amount of improvement. Unfortunately, if you are wanting to lessen the appearance of naso-labial folds, there don't seem to be many satisfactory and long-term options available currently.
