27fseoul Posted December 15, 2014 Posted December 15, 2014 No matter what doctor does it, you're going to get a scar and your nostrils will never be the same. Some will be more frank about this but, most won't stress what it does to the base of the nose and they will often say that the trade off is a more appealing lip for a scar at the nostrils. It's inevitable, the nostrils will sag and the skin will pull down and the angle from the profile is abrupt. I don't think it suits Asian sinve they have a shallow nose base as well so, it doesnt blend or transition all that nicely. I hardly think its a good trade off. Also, it only looks good for those that have a nice mouth/lip with good skin, otherwise it does not look pretty. And never do the vermillion border advancement! Any surgeon that still practices this method is a moron.

But so far I still love them. My quoted price initially for revision nose was 5k usd. But I think you can nego for a little upon consulting
dubu Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Even when BK has some sort of a 'bad reputation', still many go there to have their PS done. I wonder why? Because the name is famous? I'm curious about your reasons to still go there, even when they had some bad publicity.Thanks!
