aestheticdream
Ok, I really think this is it. I have researched literally for years and e-mailed a ton of clinics. I think I did as much due diligence as I can and now its just time to muster up the courage to do this. I've had 2 rhinoplasties and breast aug but never something as invasive as v-line, plus I will be alone in a foreign country. Eeek. Fortune favors the bold So, I am planning for the end of December (after X-mas) into early January and leaving Korea the 15th of Jan at the latest. Is anyone else planning for this time window? It is kinda a weird time to go I think but it's the only time I will have 2 weeks not in school or work. I hope I can get in during the holiday period. I've heard the Dec is prime time for Koreans to go because they are on water break but this usually ends by Jan? Hopefully I can find a travel buddy! I plan to consult: View, JW, Wonjin, Item and maybe The Line Procedures: V-line, Revision Rhino, Face fat graft

let-me-out
I will be in Seoul from December 7 to mid-late February. I will do two jaw surgery + anterior segmental osteotomy + genioplasty at EverM in December, then rhinoplasty + fat graft at another clinic in late Janurary or early February (although I haven't decided yet). Willing to meet to share my experience and offer support, just send a PM my way =)
let-me-out
Oh, and I just checked Seoul National University's academic calendar and it looks like winter break is from December 20 to February 28, so as you say, clinics will be very busy during this time. If you are only visiting for a few weeks, be sure to book your consultations in advance and let your chosen clinic know you need to have surgery ASAP. aestheticdream
OMG! Flight is officially booked! So excited and nervous at the same time. Ok guys lets organize. I started a Kakao Group : Seoul Group 2015 My ID is Aestheticdream Send me a request to join. I will be in Seoul from the 2nd-18th. I gave extra time because it is still the busy season I think? From what I have gathered it seems that Korean clinics work on a quick schedule. Consult one day and have surgery the next. I hope this is still possible in January but just in case I have a few days of wiggle room if I have to get surgery 2 days after my consult. hopefulbliss
I'm thinking of consulting at Girin too around that time, but alot of people say they don't really have an English translator so kind of hesitant. What are you planning to get done?
