chlak5 Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Hi There, I have scar line formed after my double eyelid surgery with little bumps and lines. Do clinics offer laser treatment or some sort for these scar lines to at least make them less noticeable and even out the line so there are no bumps? I hear Korea also has good clinics for skin care and I was wondering if they may have something for this as these procedures are common. I'm also open to any place in California! Thanks in advance!
mickely Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 How far along the recovery are you? I used to hhave bumps etc on the incisional line, those fade overtime, try scrubs over it they help but only after 3 months at least. Scar will fade overtime too becoming more of a white transparent-ish color. Don't worry too much about it.. Give it time
chlak5 Posted November 30, 2014 Author Posted November 30, 2014 It's been more than two years. There is a literally an uneven bump (probably due to revision). I saw the doctor and he says yeah there is scarring. Im just scared to go back to the same surgeon and might as well treat this when I go to Korea this summer.
changechange Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 hi, I have done my eyelids twice. the first time in thai, I have bumps too. second time with Dr BK Kim. the result does not have any bumps on it. and I like my double eyelids result. im not sure is it the skill of the surgeon to cause the bump. however, the bump stays on it till I done a revision.
