Sagging after Zygoma and/or V-line surgery

Recommended Posts

Ok so, because after Zygoma and/or V-line surgery there is less bone underneath to support the skin and incisions have been made so the collagen is compromised, premature sagging is inevitable.

How soon would this sagging occur? I heard that some girls experience it within 6 months, other say a year or more.

Sagging is not 100% present after all V-line and zygoma operations. It depends on the technique being used and how good is your skin at redrapping itself. While you might not know how your skin will react, you still choose the technique and minimize or eliminate the sagging.

But the most used technique (cutting anterior and posterior part) can lead a lot of the times to sagging.

Search the different techniques and the causes of sagging. Searching for ways to prevent it or revert it is also important.

its really common when they are removing excessive fat. The people forget about the skin that has been stretched over the years. So when the procedure is over they look like a skinny person with huge layers on excess skin.

So you're saying they don't remove excess skin if the person they're operating on is of a skinny nature?

I'm thinking of doing some kind of face lifting/tightening procedure like View's Partial Rhytidectomy or TESS Lift (see 'facelift' section on their website) or Banobagi's Endotine or Facetite procedures (see babyface section on their website) to fix this problem. I on't know if I want to get fillers constantly throughout my life though lol :/
