k-couture Posted December 5, 2014 Share Posted December 5, 2014 make sure you can identify the difference between a surgeon who can do closed rhino and one who is SPECIALIZED in closed rhino as there is a profound difference between the two. Many surgeons can do closed rhino, but only a closed rhino specialist will recommend you closed rhino as the FIRST proposed methodology before the open method because they are confident in their closed rhino technique. This means that a closed rhino specialist will predominantly perform the closed technique for both the tip and bridge for the large majority of the surgeries they undertake.
