k-couture Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 make sure you can identify the difference between a surgeon who can do closed rhino and one who is SPECIALIZED in closed rhino as there is a profound difference between the two. Many surgeons can do closed rhino, but only a closed rhino specialist will recommend you closed rhino as the FIRST proposed methodology before the open method because they are confident in their closed rhino technique. This means that a closed rhino specialist will predominantly perform the closed technique for both the tip and bridge for the large majority of the surgeries they undertake. Therefore constantly honing their skills in the closed method
