I don't think my face is enormous but I always have trouble with my head because it is so big and I have hard time finding hat and sunglasses size. What are some surgeries that people do for this? Do they only go for facial contouring? I don't want to look totally different and I'm afraid I will. In addition, I have flat back as well. Can fat grafting for back of head help? I would like to have rounded back of head so give volume and overall looks Lastly, what about flat face? Due to my big head, and big face, my features seem to be small. Including eyes, nose, forehead, chin, etc. What to do?
kkim120 Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 Hmm... Some people get implants at the back of their head. I've heard of people getting fat grafts there too... Why not go to a local plastic surgeon and do a free consultation? Even if you don't end up doing surgery there, it could be helpful

27fseoul Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 Korea has many clinics that offer bone cement implants or custom silicone implants for the back of the head. They make it look round and I think it looks nice. As for your "big head size", I would have a professional check you out. It may not be that your skull is big but rather the masseter muscle that bulks up the sides of your skull and jaw area. There is a surgery for that too and it might even help eliminate having to get V-line. Most cases, it's just fat and muscle that are not in the most ideal places in the face. There's surgery for that too where they can take some fat out, put fat back in, to shrinking down muscles as well. If it's flat in the front, it can give the appearance of a "big head" too but, you could get fat grafting to your cheeks to round this area out and it will help to make it look slender and more 3D. If you look at Johnny Depp from his younger years to how he looks now, he's a good example of muscle/fat placement in his face that changed his round look to more of a chiseled flat appearance.
moon88 Posted December 13, 2014 Posted December 13, 2014 i have big face and flat face as well, my face bone structure and chubby sagging face though im just 29 year old .. i have chubby face just like chickmunk . you can consider zygoma reduction, v line surgery i think it will help to reduce the size... i plan to do so in next year or year 2016.
