Eyes surgery - HELP!!

Hello everyone, I am writing now because i really need some help.
I am a mixed asian guy which lives in Thailand. I am mixed but i look really caucasian, especially my eyes, and that's the reason why i would like to get a surgery: I really would like to have more almond shaped eyes.
Actually right now my eyes are already big and almond shaped but the lower eyelid is not lifted and makes my eyes looks more rounded and also gives me a sad-tired look.

I have been searching a lot on internet and i read that Canthopexy would be a great solution for have more almond shaped eyes.
The thing is that in Korea i really can't find this surgery so i started looking for other solutions such as Lateral Canthoplasty and Epicanthoplasty.
I emailed a lot of clinics but the only one I found out being really good for eyes(Teuim) told me that they can't help.

I know that in Korea most of the surgeries are done on asian people that actually want to have the inverse procedure of mine and I think even the doctors may don't know how to make the surgery done on my eyes.

The problem is that I really would like to have this surgery done in the best way.
Can anyone give me some advise? There is some caucasian or mixed asian who has the same problem?

I will go traveling in Italy soon, do you know if maybe over there there is some good place for plastic surgery??
