I had a philtrum reduction, upper and lower lip enlargement and mouth corner surgery. The prices for each lip procedure is pretty good, however I was short on money and opted to give them permission to post my before and after pics, so I got a discount. They are the only clinic I've seen with so many different lip procedures and it seems to be one of their strong points, however I've seen other patients with different procedures such as fat graft, nose and perhaps jaw reduction and they look amazing too. You can enquire about price by going to their website, clicking '온라인상담' on the orange bar to the right, click the bottom green bar that says '온라인상담 작성하기' and say "(insert procedures) 수술을 총 포함해서 얼마예요?" I included the names of procedures in Korean, I feel as though if you guys inquire in Korean that you will get the best price. When I enquired, it seemed like most of the lip surgeries are about ₩1,500,000 each, which is the best price for lip surgeries compared to other clinics. No foreigner rip-off. I ended up having a really long consultation but made friends with the consultant! She gave me her personal kakao. She's really pretty and nice and helped me bargain. Another member of purse forums (vanitygirl09) went for a consultation but apparently didn't go to the same consultant I went to, and she told me she got charged way too much. Their website is all in korea and I can't understand a thing. Could you give me the girl's personal e-mail so I can ask her? I am interested in getting a fuller upper lip. But when I asked The Line for upper lip surgery they quoted me 550,000~900,000 which is the cheapest i've seen. I know they don't specialize in lips so that's why I am looking at cd zien.

sodium Posted February 24, 2015 Author Posted February 24, 2015 Yes. You can make a philtrum groove. It's suitable for asian people born with a smooth philtrum or people born with fetal alcohol syndrome. Gummy smile surgery doesn't require jaw surgery, however they said you could do 2-jaw surgery, but lengthening the philtrum/soft tissues of the upper lip can be an alternative. There are different methods: - Botox - Surgically removing some facial muscles - Soft tissue lengthening behind the upper lip For minor gummy smiles I guess they can be corrected with botox, but you will need touchup every 6 months or so. For major gummy smiles, they will do some tissue redraping by cutting the lining behind the upper lip and lengthening it.

Will it leave a scar though? because when I had my lower lip reduction I ask my doctor if he could pull the muscle under my lower lip so it could hide my lower teeth but he told me doing so would leave a scar...
