lolipop32swiss Posted March 17, 2015 Share Posted March 17, 2015 Hi eveyrone, As i have bee, asked a lot of questions on Kakao after my visit to April31, i would like to tell you more about it. I arrived on Monday and today it is Wednesday, I have spent time in consultations and yet I haven't booked any surgery. But i m going there for nose revision also and I must say that April 31 has very caring staff and Dr kim is so professional. Brian helped me and another former girl (i met yesterday who came with me for consultations)through the whole process. There is no rush there unlike other clinics and when you are there, time will be focused on you. I went to pass 3D ct scan first, the most advanced device in Korea. Very impressive and help only for those who had rhinoplasty before. Then we got to see Mrs Pil, the head of consultants, Brian was there to translate everything . He lived in Vancouver before so his english is perfect. She gave us recommendations then we were invited to meet up with dr Kim after he checks out my 3D ct scan. I was so excited to see him that i told him so and that he is so famous and so relieved to be there with him in consultations. We all laughed. Then he was sorry to tell me that my nose is fine after checking out my scan and asked me what i didn't like about my nose. He was very upfront and told me straight that he can't help me. OMG, all these months of waiting and for this?After so much time of researching and all, i could feel some tears coming out and I think Brian saw that. He explained me the reasons why he wouldn't do it Very subtle changes and he went into all details. I was so disappointed and went back to consultant room and discussed with Brian again and the head of consultant. They went to talk to dr Kim again about what he can really do because i was so sad They come back to him explaining the procedures As because i have had revisions before and now limited changes can be made to my current nose he doesn't feel it is worth it. But the final decision will be mine anyways. So Mrs Pil kindly showed me pictures they had in their computer with those slight changes he was talking about. I was amazed by those pictures and slight changes still make a difference and make them prettier and more natural. Like Song Hae Kyo nose or Han Gan In korean actresses. You can tell they are beautiful but not sure whether they had surgery or not. This is the style i like and it gave me hopes. of his mean of "slight changes" I hope you guys will choose the right rhino. Dr Kim should be the one rhinoplasty surgeon we go first place. I have friends in korea who are working in ps business and i saw many fake noses already to compare. I have to thank all the kind girls from purse who were nice enough to share their pictures with me, before and after from April 31. I don't know why they didn't post anything on this but most of the time, when we have superb noses after rhinoplasty we might want to keep it for ourselves hahaha or most probably we are too lazy to keep you posted here on forum. I will visit April 31 again with other forumers but it seems that even i m staying a month here, i won't have it all done this time around. I have to do fc first and They confirm me that the best it is to nose in the very end for overall harmony. I went to visit also cinderella, iwell, jewelry ( was very good experience actually), da, teuims clinic ( worse experience ever). I can share it with u on kakao but don't want to say bad things about clinics. May be bad for me but might be good for someone else So glad to meet other girls from purse here in korea for lunch in about oops a hour in Garogusil. I love my natural curve nose, esp my side profile!! I argee tht Brian is reli nice, I always ask him lots if stupid questions during my recovery period and he always there to answer me I'm going bak to dr Kim end of this mth for nose check up! Thank you for sharing your experience. I too, am a former patient of April31 and had my rhinoplasty done by Dr. Kim. My experience was pleasant as well and my results appear very natural which is what I absolutely love and wanted. Recovery was fast too. It's so easy to be drawn into the unrealistic world of beauty and be persuaded to change yourself according to the trend of society at that moment in time. The thing that I felt was different about April31 as opposed to other clinics was the Dr.'s goal to help your face achieve beauty by making it harmonious and fit with your own unique features and being truthful about the reality of it. I'd rather have a doctor be straight up front with me and possibly hurt my feelings than a doctor who would cater to your desires and end up with more problems than you started with. myjeweler Posted March 18, 2015 Share Posted March 18, 2015 I have a silicon implant for 20 years now , it be come shine and thin on the tip i need to remove replace new silicon , i have research o lot from Forum purseblog.com member is really help to find a good Dr in Korean , my sister have Revision nose from TL clinic is look nature nice only 3 weeks now , she also have silicon for 20 years , Silicon nasal augmentation is a safe and effective procedure , when used for moderate increases in nasal height , have to find a good Dr to perform , i think Dr Korean best nose job in the world for Asia , i m going Korean for my nose job in Feb , i will choice Dr Jae Kim Hono at april 31 plastic surgery , i don't mind to pay more , i read the reviews his clinic more cost than another Clinic , 7000000 , my sister pay only 4000000 for revision rhinoplasty , TL Dr use silicon for bridge and septal cartilageis for her nose tip is pretty nature , but i like april31 website look so professional , i m impress i think i find a Dr Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

For all you know, it could mean that the clinic put a large portion of it's income towards advertising rather than gaining fame from its quality surgeries and doctors. avidaquarius Posted March 19, 2015 Share Posted March 19, 2015 I'll be honest though too. I received multiple surgeries, not just the Rhinoplasty. The doctors knew and told me that If I changed just my nose, that the rest of my face would become unbalanced. After thorough discussion with the consultants and the different certified specialists, I also had non-incisional eye contouring, jaw reduction and fat graft. I put a lot of trust in their recommendations. Not going to lie though, I was definitely nervous about all the surgeries because of the amount. but logically, it made sense. Let me just say, it paid off. Always work with a surgeon who specializes in the field of surgery that you want performed. And always go with quality.
