blasian Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 From what I can see I am thinking v-line should be suitable. If you have an elongated face with protrusion then two jaw may be a better choice. wishingstar Posted April 17, 2015 Share Posted April 17, 2015 It's really hard for anyone to tell from a pic, unfortunately - it depends on if the jaw width is caused by bone or by excess fat/skin/muscle. The best way to figure out what you need is to go for a consultation and get a CT scan done at the clinic - the surgeon should be able to advise them on if you need to cut off bone or if you can achieve the same slim effect with just jaw lipo / fat removal, a skin lift, etc. I wouldn't trust anyone who tells me I need to cut off bone based on just a pic.
